Almir Cassano was your average teenage kid. He was rowdy that's for sure. In science while dissecting a frog, he touched something wrong with the scalpel and body fluid from the frog went spraying everywhere. He screamed, fell down, then everything went toppling over like the domino effect. He had very few friends. In fact he towered over most of the kids in his grade. He wasn't the most good looking. His black hair was always a mess, his freckles dotted his dark olive skin and he wore thick glasses for his Amber eyes. When he would ask people out he would always get turned down. It wasn't just his ugly exterior, it was his ugly interior. People aren't exact easily attracted to rowdy and sarcastic people. That is until he met Ada Raven. A sweet and beautiful girl. 

Ada moved from Germany to the United States during the summer and made friends quickly. Her best friend was Summer Hilton. Poor Summer had no idea what she had gotten into. Ada and Almir got paired up for a writing assignment in english. They had to write a small poem about their partner. The more time Almir spent with Ada, the more he fell in love with her. And so did everyone else. "You poem must be pretty boring huh?" Ada asked. "Yes because you aren't the least bit interesting." He said sarcastically. Ada laughed. "I think mine is pretty good! You are the perfect muse you know that?" Almir perked up. "Please, if anyone is boring it's me." Almir explained. "Here this is my poem..." Ada started to read.

Almir may seem rough on the outside,
But on the inside he's a bit different,
He makes me breathless like Carbon Dioxide!
To most he's insignificant,
But not to me,
Because he is one the best friends to ever be!

"It's really cheesy." Almir frowned. "Oh yeah? Let's hear yours!" Ada demanded. "Oh... uh..." Almir looked away. "Though so!" Ada picked up her things and left. "Bye Almir!" Ada then went home. She must be mine! Almir smiled evilly. I will do anything to win her heart! And he did.

Almir was walking in the school hallways towards Ada's locker. She was talking to Summer. "Excuse me Ada can I talk to you for a minute?" Almir asked. "Sure one sec." She finished up her conversation with Summer and turned to Almir. "What's up Al?" She asked. "I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me, uh, Saturday?" He asked awkwardly. "Oh sorry, I'm going to Summers house that night. Her parents are out of town for a couple weeks. Maybe some other time?" Ada answered. Almir nodded his head and went to math. Summer is going to get in my way! He thought.

~Le Time Skip~

Summer got out of the shower and wrapped her body in a towel. She dried her hair a bit with a towel and went over to the hair dryer. When she finished her hair she got dressed and put on Attack on Titan. In the middle of an episode her phone rang. "Hello?" She asked because it was an odd number. "Hello?" Summer was starting to get freaked out. She set down the phone and dismissed the odd feeling she had. Toward the end of her episode she heard a crash coming from the kitchen. "Okay who's there- AAAAAHHH!!!!!" She saw a hooded figure holding a knife in his hand. She picked the home phone and called 911. "Help- AAAHH!!!" Summer dropped to the floor, soaked in her own blood. The figure took of his hood and revealed to the dying Summer his face. "A-Almir..." Then she took her last breath. "Good riddance!" Then he left the house.

The next morning Almir woke up and smiled. "I better get ready for Saturday" he said. Almir took his phone of the nightstand and called Ada. "Hello?" By the sound of her voice you could tell she was crying. "Ada what's wrong?" He asked. "I-It's Summer. They found her body this morning. She was murdered." She choked. "How 'bout the two of us do something on Saturday? Just to be happy. That's what she would have wanted. Right?" Almir asked. "Y-Yeah okay" Almir hung up. "No one will get in the way of me and my love. No one!" Almir washed up and got ready for school.

The whole place was silent. Almir guessed that news travels fast. People had sad looks on their faces, they were all fearing their safety. Almir went to Ada's locker. "Hey how are you holding up?" He asked. "I'm okay, could be better though." She wiped a tear from her eyes. "Don't worry you'll get through this. I'll help you!" Ada hugged Almir. "Thank you" as Almir walked off he noticed Brett Callahan had walked up to Ada. He was close enough to hear the conversation. "I heard about Summer, how about we do something after school together?" He asked. Ada nodded. "Okay meet me by the large oak tree at Greenwood Park okay?" Ada nodded and walked off to class. Brett wants to get his hands on Ada? I'll make sure he understands what happens when he does that. Then Almir went to class.

Almir waited behind the giant oak that Brett was talking about waiting for him to arrive. Just then the guy walked over to the tree and stood there waiting. Almir brought his hand out from behind the tree and swiftly placed the blade in front of his neck. With a swipe of his hand Brett was killed. Almir will always remember that day. Because that was the day he was caught. Ada heard Brett scream and she ran to the tree to see a dead Brett on the ground. She saw a figure walking away and she tackled him. "Who are you?" She asked. "You really don't know me huh?" Ada recognized that voice. It was Almir. Her eyes widened. "Why did you do this?" She screamed. 

"I did it for us."
