"My villain is evil, heartless, and mean. No mercy!"

Wait– hold up, will ya?

How come I sometimes see in every book villains are heartless-

I kinda admit, I am kinda getting annoyed.

I kinda wanna see a villain that is actually really persuading, intelligent, and funny. Oh, and shy too.

Try to make your villains act normal, not suspicious. But then, he/she start to form a problem, revealing their true nature.

Oh yeah-

Try to make some wins for a villain. When a hero always wins in the battle, it sucks. Boring.

Make your villain kill/take someone/something that the hero love, making the heroes filled with anger, and hatred.

Who knows?  My characters might be a villain all along :)

Okay, I'll shut up-

Also, for a villain, make plot twists with them. It works, like, when (insert name) was actually a ... I dunno. Just make plot twists.

"And, next chapter, my dear. This is getting hella boring."

Pfft, on to the next chapter, then.
