Anyone remember when I was posting about them back in 2014/2015? Well, originally I had nothing to publish but I had contacted the head of the organization. Some time down the line I tried again, and got no response. I emailed, messaged on Facebook, I even had friends try to just to see if they were ignoring me and my submissions personally for some reason..

Well, tonight I got my answer... not how I wanted though. The following is about the president, Sis. Linda D. Delgado aka Widad Delgado.

This is my beloved grandmother Linda Delgado, to most of her friends she was known as Widad, a brilliant childrens' novelist and kind friend. She has passed away, not six months after her own son. She knew it was her time, and although her religion is Muslim, she knew that a burial was too expensive for our family, I ask everyone once more please forgive her for this. I have had a difficult time getting into her computer, facebook and email, which is why there was such a late notification. I apologize for this, but I was under a great deal of stress, I lost my father and now my grandmother who was my mother in all senses. Now I am asking for help, please, her medical expenses alone are going to cause great financial hardship.  Please donate, my grandmother last worries were for her family, I assured her I would take care of everything. I promised her that. I would like to keep my promise, but I need some help. 

Please help my family, please help me keep my word to the most important and influential woman in my life.
