Inkitt is a new boutique publishing house. Their first novel launched mid 2016, and since then they’ve published 20 books, 19 of which became Amazon Bestsellers in their categories and ranked Top 100 among the four million books on Amazon. In the months to come they will be publishing one book every week.

How The Contest Works

-4 winners will be selected after submissions close on July 31st.

-No entry fee

-All genres except fan fiction accepted

-Author must own all rights

-Multiple entries are allowed

-Novels must be in English

-You retain all rights to your stories while posted on Inkitt

-Previously or currently self-published books are accepted

-The winner is going to be determined by Inkitt based on reader engagement*

-Required word counts per genre:

¤ Erotica - 20,000
¤ Romance - 40,000
¤ Mystery - 60,000
¤ Thriller - 60,000
¤ Horror - 60,000
¤ Sci-Fi - 80,000
¤ Fantasy - 80,000
¤ YA - 40,000

If you win, you must be willing to extend your manuscript to the mandatory word count if your work is below our requirements

*Since it's based on reader engagement, you're going to need to advertise your book like crazy and get people to read and vote the heck out of it. Simply voting will not help, they'll need to actually read it and engage!
