Every [certain day of the week], an unmarked bus with dark black tinted windows parks in a certain parking lot in the exact same place from [some time early in the morning], and leaves exactly [30 minutes to an hour] later. During the time it's parked, many different people board, and most of them are dropped off by other people.

Where does it go? Who gets on? Why does it stop there, as opposed to someplace else?
