Stella's POV
Despite having my sword back, my leg could still only just hold my weight, and the werewolf still had a few hundred pounds on me. I needed an advantage.

"Leo!" I yelled "Catch!"

I tossed the blue orb towards Leo, who just about caught it. The wolf howled, and a sphere of bright blue light pushed out from where Leo was standing. When it reached me, I felt a soft breeze whip through my hair, coating my leg in a silver see through cast. A few seconds of sharp pain later, and I could stand again. The light flew past to the spot where Obelia had vanished, and my orb reappeared.

Abruptly as it had appeared, the light vanished like it had never been there at all. The only three things that had changed were my new unbroken leg, a slightly exhausted Obelia next to my green orb, and Leo's new sword. It was similar to mine, but silver with a curling pattern that reminded me of the wind drawings from old maps etched into the scabbard and a blue stone in the hilt.

The wolf tried to back up, but there was no where to go. I slashed at his thick hide, staining my sword dark red. I backed up as Leo rushed in and stabbed at his neck. The wolf shimmered and folded in on itself, disappearing entirely in seconds.

"We did it!" Leo grinned. Our orbs glowed, and we were pulled out of his mind in a flash of blue light.

We landed at the edge of a forest, over looking a lakeside. Our siblings were around us in various stages of exhaustion, and they were alone. "Where's Amara?" I asked.

Glacia answered "Lady Wind appeared, and explained everything. She had just finished getting us to summon our weapons when the wind started whipping up a storm around her. She yelled that her successor had activated their power, that there was no need for two Wind Gods, then the wind started whipping up rocks. I summoned a shield, but by the time we could look again, both Lady Wind and Amara were gone."

I looked at Leo, wondering if we should tell them what had happened in his subconscious. Coventina added "Amara had found the last letter from Stelliana before that. It's addressed to you two. We were waiting for you."

I took it, and read aloud:

"My Stella and Leo, whichever of you is here and in control of your powers: you are almost at the end. Just past the lake is the cliff you've all been working towards. The last obstacle will be waiting on the lakeshore for you. All of you will need to master the elements of your orbs to get past it. Do not give up here! With much love,

Stelliana"

I let go of a breath I didn't know I was holding and looked at the siblings around me. "I guess we know where we go from here" said Aquilo. "Onwards and upwards, to the lake we go!" replied Galatia
