Chapter Six

The heat grew stronger and stronger with each step we took, and so did the silence. It was completely unbearable!

'One so has to start a conversation soon or else I'm going to lose it' I thought to myself as we kept walking. I turned to Leo and he was obviously looking tired but kept looking forward with determination in his eyes. I took out a flask of water from my bag and had a small sip from it. "So... Leo... Do you remember anything from your past life?" I asked him and he replied with a shrug.

"You're not going to say anything?" Yet again, no reply from my male lookalike. "You know what, what's your deal?! You've been quite and silent for the whole time we've been waking!" He then suddenly just stopped and stared at me with a cold, hard, stern look. I have said something I shouldn't have I know it.

"Stella... It's only been an hour" he mentioned "I'm sure you survived with out talking for at least an hour". He then just huffed and rolled his eyes.

"Well an hour is a long time with out talking!" I yelled as I clenched my fists and started to grind my teeth after words.

He was seriously starting to get on my nerves. If he really is my brother then I see no resemblance at all. "Well let's start, hi my name is Leo your potential older or younger brother or even maybe twin" He gave me a sarcastic smile and continued "what about you?" I sighed and kept walking, ignoring what he just said. A minute later he said "Well that was rude ignoring someone when they ask a question" I kept ignoring him, I was just done with him and what else he has to say. Out of the blue I start to see a city... No wait a kingdom! Emerging out of the trees. "I thought you wanted to talk, well I guess I was wro-".

"Hey do you see that?!" I interrupted him while pointing towards the now visible kingdom. "It's a kingdom look!"

"Yeah.. And??" He looked at me with confusion. "Maybe they can help us by giving us food, anything we need" I implied. "I don't think we should go there Stella" his face starting to show some concern. "Why?" I replied "what could possibly go wrong?". He sighed and locked his eyes on to mine, making it feel hard for me to look away. "I just have bad feeling about this" he paused for a second "okay?"

"Okay" I simply replied with "but let's still check it out, maybe you're wrong". I noticed him looking away from me, thinking about it for a second, and then looked back. "Fine but we're not staying for long got it?". "Alright bossy-boots" I smiled and then he just gave me a disapproving look for his new nick-name "come on! Let's go!".

I grabbed his hand and ran towards the unknown kingdom. As I drew closer and closer towards it, something became clear this wasn't your usual fairy tail kingdom. When we finally got near it I looked up and my jaw dropped, I couldn't believe what I was looking at. The kingdom was in ruins and there was nothing left of it. Only the weeds and newly grown moss were the things alive here. A cold chill ran up my back and I shivered, something was definitely not right about this place. Suddenly something grabbed my hand and I jumped. I looked back and there's was no one there... My heart began to race as I panicked and looked around me, where did Leo go?
