Hey! So you've stumbled upon this book, eh? (That sounded super Canadian, which I am not, but oh well apparently typing out this extraneous explanation is what I'm going to do rather than just simply deleting that first sentence.)

Anyway, (apologizing now for how much I talk, lol I mean look I'm doing it again.) You probably want to enter some contests, or at least interested. This is the place for you!

It's pretty simple really, just a few rules and guidelines until you can let your creative minds run wild!

RULES

• BE NICE- it's crazy how much a compliment or even constructive criticism can make someone's day!

• BE APPROPRIATE- Sorry guys but I really don't want to be reading through a bunch of mature material, please respect this and keep your entries PG (this means no graphic violence, swearing, or even an overly descriptive kiss) I have the right to ignore any content that doesn't obey this rule.

• NO PLAGIARISM- I know how hard it can be sometimes to come up with your own idea, (shoutout to writer's block) but PLEASE do not take anyone else's work in these contests or EVER!

• HAVE FUN- Kinda ironic after I just spit out all these rules, I know. But I feel like they are pretty reasonable and everyone is expected to follow. On that note, I wish you all the best of luck and I can't wait to see what you guys submit! Writing is such a wonderful gift to the earth, and I can't imagine going without it. So grab a pencil and paper, or maybe your laptop or phone, and have a blast!

HOW TO ENTER

There are really three ways to get your submission to me for judging, but always make sure you meet the deadline date (posted along with each contest introductory) I would hate for you to miss out!

Way #1- Simply post your submission to the comments. This is super easy it just doesn't always work for longer entries. (Unless you want to use several comments)

Way #2- Post a link to your work in the comments section.

Way #3- Tag me in the chapter of your book that has your entry (Though please still leave a comment saying you posted your submission so that I know about it- in case the tag doesn't work)
