This is a remix- Nothing is real!!

The NightWing looked around the silent Palace, seemingly looking for something. There seem to be no guards guarding the entrance, he thought. Two other NightWings joined him, looking down at the Palace.

"Do we have to do this?" One of the NightWings, a pitch-black NightWing stammered. He nervously folded his star-speckled wings behind his scaled back, his tail twitching.

The NightWing sighed, his heart hammering. "I hate that we have to do this, but it's the Queen's orders. Kidnap RainWings. Test their venom." He swallowed the lump that was forming in his throat. He scanned the Palace with his blue gaze, his unwavering gaze. "They're dumb and lazy anyway."

He thought of multi-colored RainWings laying in hammocks, wings spread to the sides lazily, yawning, gaping mouths, slowly peeling bananas. Lazy and dumb.

It was before the Volcano explosion. His ability to read the future told him Glory, the RainWing in the Dragonets of Destiny, would take over the NightWing tribe. Queen Battlewinner didn't like her orders to be questioned. She didn't want the RainWings to take over, but the NightWing's vision didn't tell how.

It was as dark as night. The NightWings would never be found.

"Morningsky, do you think we should take only one?" The other NightWing asked, flexing her talons, letting the silver moonlight bounce off her silver claws.

"Uh..." Morningsky's mouth went dry. "I didn't think of that, the Queen only said to take some. And how much do you think some is?" He whispered, worried if any dragon would overhear them.

"Two? Three? Four? I don't know." The first NightWing, Mindwinner, murmured.

"Three, that's it. I think that's enough." The other NightWing, Shadowkeeper, snarled, letting her talon drop.

"Wait for the signal," Morningsky ordered, lifting his wings and running off the cliff. The wind caught in his wings and lifted him into the sky.

He flew silently around the sleeping dragons, scanning the place for any awake dragons. There was a tiny movement and a snort. Morningsky jolted but realized it was a grey bundle of fur. Stupid creatures.

He continued to fly, swerving around columns of rocks and vines, and finally spotting a flying dragon. It was a RainWing, flying towards a little hut with red berries.

Morningsky prepared to attack. He gripped a little metal thing in his talon, and two wing-binders. He suddenly dropped towards the dragon, feeling guilty as his talons hit scale, and pinned the dragon to the ground by the throat.

The dragon opened its mouth to scream, but Morningsky yanked the dragon's mouth back together and jammed the metal device into the snout. The dragon now couldn't scream or talk, and couldn't spit venom. Then Morningsky grabbed the dragon's wing. The dragon tried to fly free, tail whipping, but Morningsky pressed the wing binders to the wings, and immediately the RainWing fell, writhing and shuddering.

He then grabbed a giant bag, stuffed the dragon in, and tied it shut. He flew up into the night sky with the bag on his back and fired the signal. He shot fire into the air.

He knew that Mindwinner and Shadowkeeper had seen his signal when he spotted two dragons flying through the air to him. Mindwinner grabbed the bag and tossed it to Shadowkeeper, and Shadowkeeper flew off, heading for the secret tunnel in a tall tree.

All of that happened in a few seconds. One down, two more to go. Morningsky decided to get a dragonet. They could run studies on how adult and young venom are different. He flew down towards a small dragonet who was snoring away in her little hammock, put the metal gadget on her mouth, binded her wings together, and inserted a little needle into the dragonet's neck. This needle would make the dragonet in a deep sleep until it was removed. He then softly put the dragonet into another bag and secured the bag.

Morningsky felt guilty. Why did she have to do this, to innocent dragons? Why did the NightWings ever have to do this? But still, he couldn't question Queen Battlewinner's orders. He shook his head and softly handed the bag to Mindwinner.

He then turned around and stalked deeper into the Palace of the RainWings.

In one chamber, there were elderly Rainwings. They were sleeping. After decades, they were tired and needed a rest. But maybe the transportation that Morningsky was using might injure them.

He picked a RainWing with purple stripes and soft pink dapples. He inserted a needle into her neck, and slowly added the metal things before pushing her body into a bag and gripping the bag in his talons.

He flew out of the Palace, his heart heavy. He looked at the moons, one, two, three, chanting softly in the distance, glowing and bright. He carried the bag in both talons when he reached the secret passageway and edged his way down.

The Kingdom of the NightWings shimmered into view as the tunnel sloped to an end. He then saw Mindwinner and Shadowkeeper sitting on stones nearby.

"Where do we put the... subjects?" Morningsky murmured.

Mindwinner pointed to a lava prison and groaned something into his talon, which came out muffled. The two NightWings looked exhausted after staying awake all night.

Nodding, Morningsky flew to the lava prison. There, the two RainWings were lying on the ground, asleep. Morningsky plucked the needle out of the dragonet's neck and started untying the elder's bag.

When Morningsky pulled the elder out, he gasped.

The closed eyes were now open, white and blank, staring at him.

Morningsky screamed, backing away. The elder slowly arose, changing from purple and magenta to red and orange.

"You foolish little dragon." The elder groaned in an angry voice, her white eyes piercing through Morningsky's soul. "Come to me. Otherwise, there will be... Consequences..."

Consequences? Morningsky shivered. Then his mind hit something. He knew about Pantala, a continent that was far away from Pyrrhia. Queen Wasp had the ability to-

Three moons.

It was over. Queen Wasp had found a way to control dragons in Pyrrhia.
