I write pretty much everywhere. I travel a lot for business, so airports, airplanes, hotel rooms, restaurants, bars, coffee shop, the beach... pretty much everywhere except for the pool (though I have written in pool bars during my holidays). A special mention should probably go to the commuter train I take at the moment in the mornings and afternoons to and from work where I easily get a chapter proof read or write around 400 words (one way). That's 4000 words right there - thanks to the comfort of the German Bundesbahn :)

My only consistent work space is probably my kitchen bar where I am on the laptop in the mornings or in the evenings. It also functions as the family get together and as a general dumping place, so it can get a little bit messy. Story of my life, LOL.
