I call it "After the Last Petal Fell"
And It goes like this:

Gaston doesn't die from his fall from the castle after trying to kill the beast, instead he is caught mid air by the magic of the Enchantress who originally cursed Prince Adam.
She's angry with him, wants to curse him in a way she thinks he will never be able to break. She tells him that he is such a monster, that he doesn't know how to love in any way at all (she is certain he can't) so she curses him to become the beast... But, but but... (Buckle up kids this is where it gets interesting) Since he is so heinous her curse is three times as strong as as the original. So now in beast mode and trapped within the enchanted forest, he is given a glass case with not one but 3 roses; a yellow, a white, and a red, and they shall only live for one year, after that he will be a beast forever.
The only way he can break the curse is by earning and feeling the three different types of love; friendship, family and romantic. (One for each rose color) The trouble is, after what he did, he has no friends. His mother was his only family and she died when he was very young, leaving him an orphan, and honestly, aside fork being trapped in the forest where few ladies dare even venture, who could ever learn to love a hideous beast?

Months go by and Lefou is now good friends with most of the castle, and makes regular trips to visit.
One day he takes a shortcut in the woods and finds Gaston, is surprised, they argue and he finally tells him off.. "You deserve this... Etc Etc."

But on his way back he is attacked by the wolves and Gaston, (kinda suicidal by this point) saves him, but is badly injured in the process.
Lafou sees the state of his mind and feels guilty, so he takes him to the castle, and the servants take him in without telling Adam or Belle. (Magical loophole, castle once enchanted will always be a little enchanted)
When Adam finds out he kicks him out. So back in the woods, slightly patched up he meets a beautiful, brilliant headstrong woman, very odd though. Kind of mental as she only remembers 12 hours of every day. (She knows why but isn't talking)

Feeling guilty Lafou decides to start bringing stuff to Gaston.
On his way to see Gaston everyday, he meets a strong huntress, confident and arrogant. But she can only remember 12 hours of each day. He doesn't tell Gaston about this and they both continue to spend time with these women on there own.

Meanwhile, back at the castle, the servants who had learned Gaston last name during his brief stay, come to a surprising revelation, his mother used to work at the castle as a maid,
A husbandless maid who quit because she got pregnant.
Adam has a flashback to an argument he once overheard his parents having as a small child and comes to the dumbstruck realization that his father is the one the one who knocked up the maid...
Making Gaston his older, bastard half brother.
Thinking their curse is the same, and Feeling guilty he decides to use his years spent being a beast to help Gaston survive as one. (He is struggling bad btw) (Adam had it easy because he had a castle and servants to feed and clothe him, Gaston has none and nothing)
So now have our curse breakers. A friend, a brother and a woman.
Insert bonding and Gaston becoming less of an a**hole... And growing as person. (But he hasn't told anyone his curse is different, but he does eventually show the case of roses to Adam) (Adam btw, does not tell him that they are brothers)

Eventually Lafou tells Gaston about the strange girl he's been hanging with, how he feels about her. (She's basically a girl version of Gaston) arrogant, also badass, and you see that the reason Lafou never found a girl he liked before was because the girls Gaston would send his way were the type that Gaston liked, (perfect little wife) submissive Ect... And Lefou needed a stronger woman to take care of him instead.

Gaston realizes from his description that it is the SAME woman he has recently come into feelings for.
But choosing his friends happiness over his own, and thinking that Lafou could treat her better anyway, he tell Lafou to go for it, make that woman his wife.

Unbeknownst to anyone else, that woman is actually two women, twins a brilliant one and a brawny one, a team of famous hunters cursed to share the same body after their constant squabbling nearly killed someone. Cursed to share the same body, but only for 12 hours at a time, with no way to speak to eachother other than messages, and with no recollection of what the other did while in control of the body.

They are the daughters of Adam's cousin by marriage, and the one who took the throne after beast was originally cursed, and the enchantress. (She was scorned by him after getting knocked up hence her taste for punishing royals)

So I haven't figured out all the details but by choosing to give his blessing to Lefou and back away from the girl, he breaks the friendship curse, and half of the romance one,
Somehow he saves Adams life (either from his cousin or the enchantress), wounding himself badly in the process, Adam proceeds tells him that by saving his life he has repaid the debt for trying to kill him.

He lays dying, Surrounded by Lafou, Adam, and the twins, who have since broken their curse, he tells them all about the curse, and that he did love them, and that even if it was a one sided love, he was glad to have been cursed, in order to have experienced it, and could die in peace now.
Adam tells him the truth, that they are now brothers, by blood and by heart. (Bromance version of I love you), breaking the second curse.

Obviously chick fesses up and the the third curse is broken, healing him and restoring him. They live happily ever after yada yada.

More shall be added later and the plot shall thicken I promise, but this is the basic guide.
