Hi everyone,

It seems that my scheduled author for chapter 2 really has gone M.I.A. Completely messing up my whole block of scheduling.
But the show must go on so wise_girl_32 you are up next.

This chapter shall be about 4 months after the curse and shows Gaston struggling to survive as the Beast living trapped within the enchanted forest. The meat of the chapter should be about his first confrontation with Lafou (see plot summery in previous chapters), Lafou telling him off and then walking angrily away,
It should end with Gaston (suicidal by this point) saving Lafou from wolves and getting badly injured. Lafou needs to see the extent of his former friends mental state and then feel guilty/obligated to help him

Bonus: Since this was not your originally scheduled chapter I have written about 400 words to start you off.
You can use it, delete it and start from scratch, or just use bits, whatever you want.
Chapter must at least 2500 words and the deadline is Monday morning.
