CHAPTER FOUR
"Just because my path is different doesn't mean I'm lost... does it?"

Namjoon awoke from his slumber, having a slight headache. Namjoon blinked a few times, waiting for his vision to clear up.
Once his vision cleared up, Namjoon turned around in the bed making sure he didn't sleep with anyone last night. No one.
Wait, they could have already left though?
Namjoon started to panic slightly. His memory was blurry and he couldn't quite pinpoint what happened last night.
That was when Namjoon realized he was back at Yoongi and Hoseok's apartment. Specifically, Hoseok's room.
Namjoon sighed in relief realizing that Yoongi and Hoseok would never let someone touch him and take advantage of him.. right?
He knew that neither Hoseok and Yoongi were planning to drink last night, he knew they just wanted him to loosen up and have a little fun.
Namjoon had to admit last night wasn't too bad though. Other than he couldn't remember what happened.
Namjoon yawned and laid back down, not wanting to crawl out from the warm blanket that covered him.
Soon Namjoon fell back asleep under the warm blanket, his headache slowly fading away.

Between the walls of the apartment, Yoongi sat alone in the living room.
Again, Hoseok had left for work - he was a dance teacher and choreographer. Yoongi worked at his studio, creating songs and rapping.
Yoongi had the week off to the rest though, since he had been working extremely hard the past few months for his mixtape to come out.
Yoongi sighed and contemplated on checking up on Namjoon, but he didn't want to accidentally wake him.
Yoongi frowned and poked the bruise on his cheek he had gotten from yesterday after he had punched that guy..
"Motherfucker!" The guy cursed, looking up and seeing Yoongi looking as badass as always with his swag and $3 chains.
Yoongi scoffed. "Please don't kiss my friend whiles he drunk, would really appreciate it."
The man glared at Yoongi and started to crack his knuckles. Hoseok turned and grabbed Namjoon.
"Yoongi-hyung don't get into a fight." Hoseok scolds, wanting to come in between the man and Yoongi.
"Hoseok, don't get involved. Take Namjoon to the car please." Yoongi replied.
Hoseok instead didn't listen and continued standing there with Namjoon behind him.
"W-what's going on hyungs, I wanna have funnnnnnn." Namjoon slurred almost tumbling over as he slammed into Hoseok's side.
Yoongi turned slightly when he heard Namjoon say that and that was when he felt a fist against his cheek.
Yoongi held his ground but stumbled back slightly, his hand instantly shooting up to hold his right cheek.
"For fucks sake." Yoongi growled, he was pissed.
"Is that all you got, little boy?" The man sneered.
"LITTLE?!" Yoongi shouted, instantly getting the attention of people around them.
People started to gather around to see what the commotion was.
"Yea, got a problem with that?" The man laughed.
"Yoongi-hyung, don't." Hoseok warned.
Yoongi didn't listen. Yoongi pounced on the man and his fists did the talking.
Yoongi didn't stop until Hoseok pulled him off of the man.
"What the hell Yoongi?! You could get arrested!" Hoseok screamed in Yoongi's face.
Yoongi rolled his eyes.
Both boys turned around to see a trembling Namjoon who looked like he was going to cry.
"Hyung you killed him! You murdered a poor, innocent man! How could you?! I hate you!!!" Namjoon hiccuped.
"I didn't know Namjoon was the emotional drunk type." Yoongi muttered.
Hoseok scoffed and grabbed Namjoon and Yoongi, dragging them both to Hoseok's car.
The whole drive was silent and when they arrived back at their apartment, Hoseok took care of Namjoon, told Yoongi to sleep on the couch and leave them alone.
Yoongi did just that and when he woke up the next morning, Hoseok still ignored him and was still mad at him. Sadly.
And now here Yoongi was sitting on the couch putting ice on the bruise he had received hours prior.
Yoongi didn't feel like doing much, so he just sat there and turned on the TV.
There weren't many good channels either. Yoongi sighed and decided to sleep. Yoongi turned off the TV and turned to face the couch.
Just as Yoongi was about to drift off he heard someone shuffle into the living room.
Yoongi turned around to see Namjoon leaning against the wall, very tiredly and yawning.
"Morning, Namjoon." Yoongi muttered, he wasn't in the mood to talk. He was annoyed. If he didn't bring Namjoon to the club none of this would have happened... none of this.
"Hyunggg." Namjoon whined, trailing over to the couch where Yoongi laid and tugging his arm.
"Sleeeeep with meeeee." Namjoon tugged at Yoongi's arm.
Yoongi forgot how childish and emotional Namjoon could get after being drunk. Namjoon was clingy like a puppy.
That's why he never ever took Namjoon out, and to especially get drunk - even if it was for him to loosen up a bit.
Yoongi sighed.
"No." Yoongi muttered.
"But hyungggg!" Namjoon whined once more.
"I said no! For fucks sake Namjoon get your ass back in bed." Yoongi snapped, he was definitely not in the mood.
Namjoon didn't reply and began to shuffle away. Yoongi looked over to see a sad look on Namjoon's face as Namjoon could barely walk a straight line.
Yoongi's face softened as he saw tears form in Namjoon's eyes.
He was definitely the emotional drunk type, but also the emotional hangover type.
Yoongi sighed and got up, following Namjoon into Hoseok's room and sat down next to Namjoon on the bed.
"Go away." Namjoon spoke, his voice muffled by his sobbing into his pillow.
"You're acting like a teenage girl on her period with all the emotions coming from you. You sure your not drunk still?" Yoongi teased slightly, lying down and patting Namjoon's head.
"I don't know anymore!" Namjoon screamed, Yoongi frightened by his outburst.
"Um." Yoongi stared at Namjoon who was having either a mental breakdown or a mental breakdown.
"I CAN'T WRITE MY FUCKING STORY BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO WRITE ABOUT! I DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER FRIENDS, NONE OF MY FRIENDS I HAVE RIGHT NOW ARE FUCKING HELPFUL AND I'M JUST A THIRD WHEEL TO THEM BECAUSE #YOONSEOK. I'M MAKING NO MONEY RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A FUCKING BOOK OUT AND I JUST HATE LIFE! UGH!"
Yoongi blinked and started to laugh.
Namjoon shot up and gave Yoongi a death glare.
Then Namjoon turned and fell asleep.
Yoongi decided not to comment and fell asleep next to Namjoon.

Namjoon woke up feeling much better than before. He saw Yoongi still asleep next to him and smiled. Namjoon for once felt a bit happier seeing Yoongi did something for him - even when he was being an emotional wreck. Namjoon saw that he was in Hoseok's clothes and he shrugged, he didn't bother giving them back since they always traded clothes and what not.
Namjoon unplugged his phone, glad that someone plugged it in for him. He left the apartment making sure not to wake Yoongi. He wrote a quick note about how thankful he was even though he still wasn't sure what happened the previous night.
He didn't want to find out either.
Namjoon shivered as he stepped out into the cold evening. He didn't realize he had slept for most of the day. He wanted to rush home and get started on this story again, he knew he didn't have a deadline but by now he would have been done almost half the story.
Namjoon picked up his pace and continued to walk towards his apartment, it wasn't too far away from their apartment, only about a fifteen minute walk.
As Namjoon was turning the corner he bumped into someone.
"Oh, I'm sorry." Namjoon said quickly, stumbling but keeping his balance.
He looked up to see Jin standing right in front of him, a smile on his face.
"Nice to see you too, Namjoon!"
Namjoon didn't respond, as he was too busy checking Jin out. He blushed subtly and stared in awe of the beautiful person standing in front of him.
"Take a picture, it'll last longer." Jin smirked.
"That's such a classic line." Namjoon retorted.
"So what are you doing out here?" Namjoon asked, changing the subject.
"Ah, I was just going to the grocery store, didn't have enough ingredients for dinner. What about you?" Jin asked.
"I'm heading home from my friend's apartment." Namjoon said, all of a sudden becoming nervous.
Jin smiled. "Want to come over to my place later and have dinner, if you haven't ate already that is?"
"O-oh! Of course I'd like to! I haven't ate anything at all today, actually. When do you want me to come over?" Namjoon said, speaking fast as he was nervous.
"Hm? Oh well, I'll just text you." Jin replied shrugging, Namjoon nodded and smiled.
Jin smiled back.
"See you later." Namjoon said.
Jin blushed and waved, Namjoon not noticing the blush since it was starting to get dark out.
Jin and Namjoon parted ways. Namjoon scurrying to get to his apartment in time, he needed to shower and look beautiful for Jin.
That was when Namjoon tripped and fell flat on his face.
