CHAPTER FOURTEEN : THE RAPTOR TEST RUN

Hope was annoyed. She was mad, she was heartbroken, but most importantly filled with jealousy. As she thought about the reasons she resented Noora she looked towards her father and mother. When her father found out her mother was pregnant. He didn't hear two heartbeats, he only heard one. He heard Hope's. He wanted Hope to die. When she looked towards Owen Grady and her sister, she didn't see resentment of any kind, the two simply were happy to be with one another, and showed it through the silent affection they displayed. Hope wished Klaus and her were like that. At a time they were. Klaus adored his eldest, he did everything and anything for her, but eventually, the interest died down, and he went back to his old ways, always running away from Hope. Maybe it was because she reminded him of his failures towards his youngest child. Regardless, she was left alone by her father. Her mother on the other hand had become too busy for her and changed for the worst. The Hayley the Mikaelson's knew was gone and replaced by a power-hungry monster.

The Hayley that Elijah fell in love with when first meeting her was long gone, all that was left was the blank face of disappointment and jealousy she constantly wore. Elijah regretted coming here, he regretted putting his niece through this pain, he regretted feeling any pity or ounce of sympathy for Klaus or Hayley. He should have known this would happen. His poor niece's life turning upside down simply because 3 people could not handle what they have done. He stayed silent as he watched the way Hayley held herself beside that stinky human. The same one Kol was itching to get his hands on. The worst part? Hayley was doing all of this ignoring the fact both her daughter's lives would be at stake. He didn't know how this could have happened. Without Niklaus present, in order to keep their sanity they must comply. Kol and Elijah were doing it for their partners knowing they could die from the bite of a hybrid. But Rebekah? Because she did not want to go through excruciating pain.

The boys watch what is showing Owen riding on a motorcycle, next to the raptor squad. With Klaus and Hope, they wanted the live feed from the ground. Zach has convinced ClAire to allow Hope into there jeep. Claire was sceptical but agreed, finding it better if the billionaire's daughter was safe and hidden rather than put in the open. She wasn't aware exactly of the bad blood between Noora and Hope or Owen and Klaus, she just hoped Noora and Owen would shut up and be nice until Klaus and Hope left. After all their money was a huge part of running this park and everyone getting paid.

"Your boyfriend's a badass." Zach stated. Clore smiled at the comment, ignoring how Zach, his younger brother and crush were watching the feed. Aside from this Noora was near Klaus watching, praying and hoping that her father wouldn't be hurt. Klaus was disgusted with the humans and how they rolled over so easily, he was blissfully unaware of the situation in the control room.

CONTROL ROOM

"Imagine if we had these puppies in Tora Bora." Hoskins said as he reached over, to grab the Lowrey's drink. Hoskins thought the boy was too weak to do anything but oblige by what he had to say, and to an extent he was correct. Hoskins turne his attention to the screen before asking a man who was seated bside his standing figure. "Are you recording this?"

The man nodded, Hayley stayed still as she looked over the mikaelsons, most. of which were digusted and appauled by her apathetic behaviour towrads them and most importantly her daughter.  "Why are you doing this to your daughter?" Katherine asked, as she leaned against the railing. Hayley and Hoskins looked over at her. "I'm not doing anything to Hope, she is safe-"

"Not that you you idiot." Rebekah grew amused. Hayley stayed silent before turning around. Rebeakh whispered what she said next. "When they come back, you'll be the first I go after" Hayley stayed still. Confident that nothing would happen to her, but still unsure. After all compared to the blonde. She was fairly new and impulsive and . . . alone. 

Just like her daughter. 

WITH BARRY AND OWEN

 Barry looked at the Raptors slowing down in front of him. Barry was to inform Owen Grady, "They're slowing down." 

 Owen knew this must of meant the raptors had something. "They must have gotten something." Noora made clear as she watched from her own screen. Her heartbeat faster as she watched the live feed, growing stressed and scared of what was to come next. After all, it had been years since the she saw the indominus rex, and now she was forced to send her father and precious raptors to a death trap. All she could do was hope that nothign would happen. 

 Looking over at Klaus, she was not sure if he though the same way as her. 

 In the van, Hope and Zach blocked the youngest child from seeing the feed, watching it from Claire's screen. Claire looking up. She suddenly realized how wrong this all was. "You know what? No, no, no. You guys are not gonna watch this. Keep the window closed. shut the small door" The thee of them protested against it but could not stop the red head from shutting the door prevneting the three or well two of them  from seeing the possible and upcoming horrors that would be displayed on the screen. 

 As Owen slowed down and looked around him, on high alert alongside the rest of the firing squad, The Indominus Rex suddently appeared from it's hiding spot. 

 Noora gasped slightly as she saw the beautoful creature she assisted in nuturing. 

 Thinking about it now, Noora was horrified with what was created in the lab, once again, understanding that nature should not be meddled with. 

 Owen watched in real time as the Indominus Rex looked down at his raptors, and made noises a raptor to make. 

 At that moment, the horror Noora felt grew, and her heart dropped. Standing up, she rushed to a worker. "Get him out of there, Get him out of there now!" She yelled. Barry grew concerned.  Perseus was by Noora's side, taking her in him and holding her as she tried to calm down but listening to his heartbeat. 

 The Indominus Rex was speaking to Blue, and the worst part? 

 Blue spoke back. 

Barry then realized, as he watched Noora and looked back at the feed. "Something's wrong. They're communicating. They should not be able to communicate." 

 Owen felt unsettled. "I know why they wouldn't tell us what it's made of." 

 At this moment, Klaus took his eyes of his hysterical daughter, and listened to the feed as well. Praying it was what he thought it was. He heard the Indominus Rex communicate once again with the Raptors. 

  There loyalty is gone, Klaus realized and for once, he let a smirk grace his lips. 

 "Why?" Barry questioned. He shouldn't have. He knew the answer, they all knew the answer. 

 Noora was scared yes, not of death, not of this dinosaur, she was scared she would lose the only person who loved her the moment he saw her. Leaving Perseus's hold. She felt her hand tighten around the shot gun she placed on the table in front of her. Tempted to leace and use it. But knowing her father, he would not want her to waste her efforts and energy so futile. He would want her to be ready to take the necessary precautions when facing the Indominus Rex. Although she knew she would never amount to the powerful creature her father was currently up against. The least she could do was plan. 

 But as Noora was about to begin. She heard, saw her father's heartbeat. 

 It was rapid. 

 He was unsure. 

 He was afraid. 

 He was doubting himself. 

 Noora's heart broke at her father's whisper. "That thing's part Raptor." 

 As he uttered those words, the raptors turned towards the human, specifically their old alpha.

 Everyone on the ground finally realized their loyalties have changed, and they were hungry for new blood. Blood they were denied. Blood the Indominus could guarantee them. 

  Human Blood. 

 And Blue? She was looking straight at Owen.

- oml hi guys, it's literally been like 1-2 years, how are you all? Thank you for being so patient with me. If you guys have not noticed I have been on a writer's block for 365+ days which sucked. But now im not so hopefully I will feel inspired to come out with more chapters for all. my fics, thanks for being so supportive of wreckage. You have no idea how much this means to me!
