"Sir, we must shut down, or else those things will pass through!" A scientist shouted as his colleagues started to panic.

Faba however just smirked at this.

"Let them pass." He merely said.

Soon arms with different features had broken out of the portal with the full package being Sci-fi creatures.

"I present to you! The Ultra-Beast!" As the creatures Faba mentioned to be Ultra-Beast started to slaughter the grunts around them.

"Well, this is a surprised. Those creatures are certainly promising with power." Maxie said.

In the room where the attack, or more like a massacre was going on, you can hear screams and pleads of help once you enter hell.

Giovanni however smirked as their misery proved as amusement to him.

"Hmm... Now this will be interesting..."

Saffron City, Silph Corp. Building.

After the beast had slaughtered most of the Grunts in sight, they saw Alakazam and Faba was approaching them smirking and was covered in a reinforced shield.

With no other toy in sight, they made Faba their next play thing.

Buzzwole was the one who look he wasn't contented with his fun earlier and cracked his knuckles to prepare.

Faba saw Buzzwole's desire to crush him like an insect, yet he just smirked.

"Good, good, come at me you mindless beast." He sneered at the beast.

Without seconds, Buzzwole zooms in at their direction and swung his fist at the reinforced shield, cracking its first layer on impact.

Even with the sheer strength he has, he made contact and only broke the first layer.

Faba raised an eyebrow.

"Is that it? How disappointing..." Faba merely said, not impressed of the beast. "But, you'll be a great asset to our cause, so I welcome you as my slave."

Buzzwole flew back as he flap his wings violently in preparation to ram the shield down.

"Before it attacks, expand the barrier, then pin him down with Psychic!" Faba instructed Alakazam as the Swollen pokémon charges in.

Alakazam waited for Buzzwole to make contact with another attack as he suddenly expanded the barrier with it pushing the Swollen pokémon away in surprise. Him being getting a little disoriented, Alakazam used the chance and hold him down with Psychic. He tried to break free but him being weak to Psychic type moves proved a challenge.

Faba then tossed the Beastball at him with it capturing Buzzwole instantly.

Pheromosa and Xurkitree saw their fellow beast captured by the human and hissed at him.

Faba smirked and held up the Beastball.

"Now, time to see how you mindless beast will respond to commands and fair against you own kind." Faba said as he tossed the Beastball and released Buzzwole who answers to Faba now.

"Now Buzzwole, make easy work with them using Bulk Up and Strength." He calmly said as the Ultra-beast carryout his orders.

Buzzwole flexed his muscles as they grow bigger, increasing his attack and speed stats. He then dashed at Xurkitree and pummeled him with his fist.

Xurakitree didn't took the attack lightly and whipped him away with Power Whip. Buzzwole blocked with his arm as Xurkitree's wire like arms wrap around his arm. Seconds later, Xurkitree let loose a powerful Thunder Bolt at him.

Buzzwole roared in pain as he free himself from Xurkitree's grip and threw him at Pheromosa with great force.

The Glowing pokémon collides with Pheromosa as they were sent crashing to some crates where a few grunts were hiding in.

"Watch out!" A grunt cried with them scattering out of their way.

With the bosses.

"What is he doing?" Cyrus questioned Faba's actions.

"Something to test the beast, he did said he's going to try on how they'll respond to commands." Ghetsis answered.

"Whatever that old man's doing. I wish he should do it alot quicker. I'm up to catch myself a legend!" Archie said out loud as he was getting tired of just sitting.

"Patience Aqua, these is a worth while watching, perhaps those Ultra-beast will be indeed useful." Giovanni told him as he smirk.

Back to Faba.

The two Ultra-beast got up as they charge up attacks.

Xurkitree let loose a Thunder at Buzzwole who crossed his arms to block. The attach hit as smoke clouded Buzzwole with him going on his guard.

Before he knows it, Pheromosa came in and used High jump kick on his chest as he fell backwards with Pheromosa's foot dug into his chest.

She jump on him and did a back flip, coming back with a higher High jump kick.

Buzzwole was a lot faster thanks to the stat increase of Bulk Up as he countered by swatted her away and sent her flying as he flexed his muscles until Xurkatree wrap himself around Buzzwole and electrocuted him.

Giovanni and the bosses look at the screen as they watch at beast tearing each other up.

"Like I said, with those Ultra-Beast, ruling the world will be alot interesting." Giovanni stated while petting his Persian and smirked.

Alola region, Melemele island.

After the over-boarded win by Kaithlyn in her first trial. The group parted ways for awhile, Lillie got into a great deal with Ash's older sister as she will take Gladion has her tour guide as she has Ash for some solo time, and perhaps, this is the moment she wanted for a long time. To be with Ash.

It was rather a peaceful stroll with him as their pokémon: Lycanroc and Ninetales are playing and chasing one another.

"Boy, the sun as bright and grand as ever." Ash said loudly and stretch his arms.

"But It's a little hotter this day... I wished I'd brought a fan." Lillie said as she use her hand as a fan instead.

"Then let's go to Kala'e beach and cool off, it's not that far now." Ash suggested as he too feels the heat a little.

"But I don't have a swim suit." Lillie told him. "How do you expect me to join you in the water?"

Ash was about to talk until they heard barks of enjoyment coming from Lycanroc and Ninetales.

The teens smiled as they look at their Pokémon playing.

"Hope those two will get along well, I'm excited of what will be the outcome." Ash just said without thought.

Lillie caught on of what he meant.

"And what outcome would that be, Ash?" Lillie asked curiously with a smirk.

"Huh?" Ash blurted. "Ah! You know, when they get along well and... Its hard to explain really and embarrassing." He sheepishly said and scratch his cheek.

Lillie then had an unimpressed look on him.

"If you're exciting to have little paws running around your house, then its not something you should be embarrassed about, Ash." Lillie told him.

"Guess you're right. We're not kids anymore after all." He chuckled as Lillie lightened up and giggled with their pokémon keep playing, not noticing their trainers talking about them.

"Sometimes, you can say some silly things out of nowhere, Ash." Lillie told him as he scratch his head a laugh.

Lillie saw the usual Ash Ketchum she's always with at school, the brightly smiling and cheerful boy he was until the whole betrayal issue that happened. Speaking of the betrayal.

Would everything be the same if she have told him earlier about the betrayal?

Come to think of it. After Misty had told her about their plan to betray him, Lillie had expected that the girl Ash liked would be there.

But didn't expect that she'll betray and dump him. Yes, it's in favor for her that Serena did, but to Ash, that most hurt alot.

And right now, the things that she should have told him sooner is now bothering her.

"Um... Ash?" Lillie called him as Ash turned to her.

"I would like to say sorry..." She said with a little fear in her voice.

Ash raised an eyebrow.

"Huh? What should you be sorry about?" Ash asked her as she bit her lip.

Lillie took a moment and gathered her thoughts.

"About not telling you alot sooner... About their plan to betray you, like you heard from Misty, she told me to tell our friends to join them in betraying you." She explained as she saw the conflicted look on Ash as it made her nervous.

"I should have told you about this, but... I thought it would be best for you to now for yourself... And it almost got you killed, and we weren't even able to help you. I'm sorry." As she look glassy eyed after her explanation.

She then saw the conflicted look at Ash as it made her nervous of his response as she lowered her head.

"Chin up." Ash said as Lillie look up to him as saw the ever comforting smile of Ash.

"You did help me, Lillie." Ash told her softly as Lillie's eyes winded in surprise and was confuse of what he said.

"But, we weren't even there to help you when you needed us!" Lillie rambled.

"Hehehe, I was the one who told you to leave me, remember?" Ash explained to her. "I wanted you guys to be safe, and that's all. No one hurt the people I care for." Ash told her as Lillie blush.

"And to tell you the truth, I am a little angry that you didn't told me a lot sooner, but I'm grateful that you did and glad those traitors betray me." Ash paused as Lillie got confused.

"Why so? Why are you glad they betray you?" Lillie questioned him.

"My sister told me this and she was right. She told me to trust people who believes in me and it showed me who are the people I should trust... And its you guys."

Lillie blinked.

"What? Why us? What made you think that we're no different from the traitor?" Lillie questioned him.

Ash shrug his shoulders.

"Dunno, but there's this feeling that when I with you guys... I feel safe, loved and like I'm part of a big and loving family." Ash explained as Lillie eyes widened as she blushed.

"A family?" Lillie blurted as Ash nodded.

"I hate to see my family get hurt, I rather that it should be me and not them. That's why I told you to leave me with them back in Kanto. I had a feeling they had other schemes." Ash told her.

Lillie then recalls something Ash said to her before they left him to face the traitors.

"Because-" Lillie started.

"You're precious to me." As Ash finished her sentence and smiled at her as she blush again.

Lillie took a moment to process what he said. She then smiled and giggles as she feels something was odd about what he said which gave her some fuzzy feelings inside her.

"Idiot!" Lillie punch Ash on the shoulder as he just chuckled as Lillie giggled.

Ash has something else to ask Lillie but decided it'll be for another talk.

"Ash." Lillie called him.

"Yes?" He answered.

"I promise you, I- no we. This time, your family will protect you, I promise that will be at your side no matter what!" Lillie declared as Ash once again chuckle.

"You don't need to promise it, you already showed and proving it right now." Ash told her with his genuine smile Lillie answered back with her smile.

"Well, since that's all taking care of. What do you say we head to the beach and cool off?" Ash suggested getting back on his idea to the go swimming at the beach.

"Fine you win, but no splashing, okay?" Lillie giggled and wipe some tears that was about form.

"Yes Ma'am." Ash said in a childish tone and took her hand as they race down to the beach with their pokémon following them.

Lillie was taken back by that as she blush madly when Ash took her hand, but ultimately enjoyed this moment while holding his.

Kanto region, Pallet town

After the meeting with Goodshow and the regional champions about the Master's league tournament and discussed about a possible threat that would show up in the future.

Calem is now at the Ketchum's residence resting in Ash's old room. He had some eerie feelings being in his half brother's room but just go with it as they'll be staying in Kanto for a few days until they'll depart to Kalos.

He lay down on Ash's bed and stared at the ceiling as he recalled the meeting. To begin with his wasn't fond of any sort of meeting even before he became a champion and the reason why he attended was because he wanted to know more about the Master's League Tournament and not some wackos escaping prison. But he admits, this is alarming to know that the bosses had escape and are in hiding and possibly doing business to rule to world.

He had alot in his mind about that meeting especially the bosses escaping was stressing enough, then everyone's favourite asshole: Trip Wires had to make it worse and fun of him which made him wonder how his brother felt while dealing with an asshole like him.

He shook his head and went to his side and saw Ash's achievements just being displayed in the desk and mounted on the wall like normal furniture.

He got up and walk over to it.

"Okay, let's see what my loser brother has achieved so far." Calem muttered with little interest as he scanned the desk of achievements Ash has.

The majority of achievements he found were nothing more than mini certificates you receive by participating in urban and game competitions.

He smirked as he thinks this kinds of achievements shouldn't even be considered. 

Then he found the high lights of his brother's achievement desk.

-Orange Island Champion, complete with a certificate and a trophy.

-Battle Frontier completer and has a certificate for a the next or possible Frontier brain.

-Ouarter Finalist of the Sinnoh League.

-Runner up in the Kalos League

-And has the complete badge cases of Six regions.

He thought about his brothers achievements and he admits, he's got quite a haul for a 'loser' like him.

He kept scanning until he stumbles upon on a family photo of the Ketchums, Delia was holding up Ash as the father was having a girl sitting on his shoulders.

He picked it up and stared at it long as the people on the picture look very happy together, even Delia look like she was happy to with Ash which made him wonder why she betrayed him.

Delia wasn't around and went to go shopping so Calem drop the idea of asking her.

He kept looking at the picture he realize. He doesn't have a family photo like this.

Calem never knew his father other than he works in an organization but never knew what it was. He lived his life alone til his teen years until he met Delia and was told that she is his mom.

Hearing the new made him happy and felt he wasn't alone. After meeting her when she was called that she has another son, he made a promise to make her life happy, until he realize Ash was his brother through their mother.

He had some hate for him, just because he was with their mom while Calem has to live his childhood alone. As a kid he only watch other kids being happy with their moms and dads, he only stares at them in a corner alone.

He wanted their mother's love for himself.

He never thought about these until he realize how much of a weakling Ash is, or was.

He was confident to beat Ash because he's already a Champion before Ash left to Alola and Ash was a loser, and maybe, by beating him, their mother will love him more.

He already had some love after Delia realized her other son is a champion. But she still loves Ash equally until someone had the the idea of ending Ash, which was unknown to him.

He was surprise that their mom didn't refuse, but that was at favour to him.

But after he had lost to Ash badly, the pride of a trainer and to win came and taken over him, and with him losing, Delia will look at him lowly.

The sheer desire to win everything made him kill his half-brother.

Which right now, he was feeling guilt.

He also had a question on his mind of why their mother said those things about him. What made her think that Ash was just waste of space. Was it necessary to tell him to give up just because he hasn't won a league?

Unfortunately, those questions will wait for now.

"(Sigh) I think I should go and see Serena..." He said and place the picture back.

Back at Saffron City.

The place where the beast were in shambles and like an mini warzone, corpses were scattered, head-less, zapped, stabbed and torn apart. Anyone with a weak soul will be squeamish and will run off screaming seeing the sight. However, somewhere around this blood stained floor, a battle was going on.

"Pin that bitch to the ground!" Faba shouted as Buzzwole slams Pheromosa to the ground, riding on her back, using his weight and arms to pin her down.

Faba had already taken care of Xurkitree and already caught him, however, Pheromosa was a feisty one, but with Faba's instructions, he manage to put her down.

She was sweating blood and bruised all over and was trying her best to get up, but the muscular mosquito is too strong to be bested.

"Now, make this easy on yourself." As Faba walk over to them and tossed the Beastball at her with it capturing the female beast.

Faba returned Buzzwole without word and walk over to the ball and smirk as he put it in his pocket. He then hears some applause coming from Giovanni.

"Magnificent performance, Mr. Faba!" Giovanni said as he clap, the other bosses reluctantly join in.

Faba smirk and twirled to them as he bowed the same way a performer does after a performance, however his performance was rather bloody.

"Thank you, thank you!" Faba said, accepting their applause.

"I'm impressed that and old man like you would be capable of catching those creatures and didn't got killed in the process." Cyrus said, but Faba new that in way he was insulting him.

"Now that we have those creatures, they will make our comeback alot easier." Ghetsis said with a grin. "Not even the champions can stand up to their might!"

Somewhere in this wrecked area of the floor, Coal and his colleague pops out of the rubble and crates, feeling wrecked themselves. They stood up and saw the destruction the beast left, equipment on fire, if not, then in pieces, the majority of this floor was like a war zone with blood all over, they then also saw their fellow grunts... once fellow grunts laying dead on the floor with only a few of them left. Some were breaking down of what they have just witness from the beast attack, some were mourning over their fellow grunts as some of them were their siblings and family.

"My god..." Coal muttered as he saw this dreadful sight.

One female grunt was on her knees, crying her eyes out as she held her lover's severed head, he was one of the victims of Pheromosa. Another grunt look like fainting as stood over his colleague's crush body thanks to Buzzwole's rampage. Some of the dead grunts were unrecognizable due to being charred black to the core thanks to Xurkatree.

He once again turn around and saw it was the same, there was much destruction, loss and blood shed in just mere seconds at this floor with these monsters, how much more if they are let loose to the world.

How much destruction will they make?

How many lives will be lost?

Was change suppose to be this cruel?

And more importantly. "Are we doing the right thing?" Coal muttered to himself.

Coal reflected on those thought as he look at their boss and saw them talking casually, like no lost of life happened.

Their bosses pursuit to change the world for the better, but must there have to be a cost? Must change suppose to cause much destruction and loss of life?

"If their planing to change our world for the better... Then, does that mean we need to witness this again?" Coal asked with a conflicted look present on his face. "Are we even doing the right thing?"

"We made our choice to take this job, if we keep doing it..." His colleague stated shakily.

"Tch. Dammit." Coal gritted his teeth.

Back to Faba and the bosses.

"Congratulation Mr. Faba, for not getting killed." Maxie congratulated him.

"Thank you sir. Magma." As Faba bowed.

"Those creatures you have will be vital for our cause. But I hope they can obey commands... Not that it matters anyway." Ghetsis said.

"Oh, they'll obey, I made these balls myself, it will make the most disobedient beast be as tamed as a little Lillipup." Faba bragged about his work.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Science shit. So! When do we leave! I been on this chair the whole day and I want to get in dome action!" Archie yelled.

"Err..." As he look at now shut downed gate and saw some destroyed parts.

"Forgive me sir. Aqua. Bit it appears the gate needs some repairs." Faba said as Archie had a conflicted look after hearing that.

"What?!" He yelled. "Repairs?!"

"Yes, just another weeks repair and our plan will resume. Those beast did a number on it in their rampage, but its just minor repairs but still vital!" Faba defended himself and putting the blame on the beast.

Archie slams his fist on the desk.

"If you had just been careful on how you commanded that thing, then maybe the freakin' gate wouldn't have been broken by it!" The leader of team aqua yelled with frustration. "I say: screw the repairs! Its a minor shit anyway!"

"But, sir. Repair is a must. If we let it go unrepaired, then who knows what will happen if we cross it!" A scientist that was lucky enough to survive that attack explained to him.

"I don't care!" Archie yelledat him with him backing off.

"If you're that impatient to wait then I'll make you a test subject to know if indeed the gate doesn't need repairs. Are you up for that? Sir?" Faba said with a taunt.

Archie was ready to go down their and beat up the old man, he was getting impatient with all the sitting and waiting, and wanted to do something.

"Be patient, Aqua." Giovanni told the hot head leader which made him wonder why his part of a team that has water for a name. "We have the supplies and men for the repairs, it'll be done sooner than you think, just be patient for a little longer!" He ordered the Aqua leader.

"I've been patient for the last 4 fucking years in jail, waiting to get out, the chance to catch Kyogre and ruling the world! I can't wait any longer!" Archie argued as there was no stopping at a possible bickering. 

Lysander however was quiet as he has something in his mind.

"There is no stopping us in ruling the world! None of the champions will be able to stand up to us once we have capture the legendaries in other world!" Ghetsis announced.

"No one will be able to stand up to our might!" Cyrus added.

"Then what about the Ketchum boy?" Lysander said as it caught the attention of the bosses.

"You mean the little twerp with the Pikachu? What about him?" Archie questioned.

"Well, if you don't know, he was the one who put in jail and put a stop to our plan." Maxie told him.

"I did my research bout the child and he is acquainted with every legendary and mythical pokémon in all the seven regions... He will be a trouble." He stated as he heard a chuckle from Giovanni.

"There's nothing you should be worried about with that boy, Lysander." Giovanni said as Lysander look at him.

"Why's that?"

"Sorry to inform you all about this. But he's dead." Giovanni said with a smirk as Lysander got surprise that the boy that once meddled in their plans is no more.

"Then who's the brave soul to accomplish that?" He asked as Giovanni smirked, Lysander also heard that Faba was chuckling.

"Oh... Someone you might be glad to see again." As the boss of team Rocket snap his fingers. Lysander raise an eyebrow as he heard a female resisting, the voice was awfully familiar to him.

"I told you to get your hands off me!" That voice rang a bell on his head.

Two grunts came into the door, holding a woman with auburn hair. Lysander's eyes widened in surprise but went back to normal as this woman was no longer a concern of his.

"Delia." He said with a low grunt.

The mother of Ash Ketchum look at Lysander as her eyes widened in shock.

"Ma-Marco?" She said stuttering, Lysander flinch after hearing his real name.

"Pfft! So that's your real name? Kind of lame if you ask me!" Archie said while laughing but didn't got attention from the Flare boss.

"What is she doing here?" He said with a hiss as he look at Giovanni with him still smirking.

"To be congratulated in her successful mission of course!" Giovanni announced as he clap as Delia who look at him with confusion.

"What?" Lysander questioned.

"Mission? Congratulated? For what? I haven't done anything for you people! And where am I? Where's my son!" Delia demanded as the grunts held her by the arms. Lysander got confused, yet intrigue of why Giovanni was congratulating her.

"You mean Calem? He's fine an-" Giovanni was cut off with Lysander flinching hearing Calem's name.

"Ash!" She demanded.

"Oh? You don't know?" As he laugh sadistically. "Well, let me show you." Giovanni press a button that was on his chair as the screen played a drone's view.

Drone footage.

It showed Delia's house as multiple figures gathered on one side of the house as two were facing each other.

The next clip was a zoom version as it showed Delia having a sadistic grin, she was with a few of Ash's friends and pokémon. "End him... Do it." Delia heard her voice said that with somewhat, an evil tone.

The next one will give her chills as the Drone turn to a boy a bit older than Ash who was laughing.

"Ca-Calem?" She said in disbelief.

Lysander's eye widened in shock.

The next was Ash and two pokémon were being cornered by his friends his other pokémon. They shot out attacks at Ash, with him disappearing in the blast.

Delia's eyes widened in shock and felt like screaming.

The next on the play was a huge crater cause by multiple and powerful attacks that came from pokémon. She was the first to venture in as she stumbles on a burnt hat, Ash's hat. She heard herself in the video laughing evilly with her saying the thing she never thought she could utter.

"Rest well in hell my pathetic children." With that, the video ends. Delia was speechless as she was trembling after witnessing what she saw in the video with blur images coming to her head.

"No, no, no, NO!" She scream as she cannot believe she loss her son, and she was the cause. Giovanni however, laugh at her misery.

"I congratulate you Delia, for getting rid of the one pest that could foil our plans!" The boss of team rocket announced.

The Rocket boss was savoring her misery as he played a NEWs replay with Delia giving a lying statement.

"Ah, Sweet betrayal... You did that!" Giovanni told her with a sadistic grin.

"No! Stop please! I-I could never do that! Not to my son!" She cried as every word she heard herself saying in the videos was driving her crazy.

"What do you mean?" Giovanni innocently said. "You're the one that did that to you're son. You're the one who convince his friends to turn on him." As Delia didn't believe a word he said. "And you said you can't do that to your son... Then what about you daughter?" Giovanni said as Delia froze.

In Delia's mind, she remember the time when she abandoned her daughter to die in the cold.

"Don't worry my dear, your son most be happy right now as he is reunited with his dear beloved sister. After all, her misery will love his company. But for you however, needs to suffer more." Faba came in with his Hypno and an injection in hand.

"Hypno, use Hypnosis." He calmly said as Hypno did what it was told, she turned her head away and close her eyes in attempt to not get hypnotize, but the grunts that was holding her, hold her head towards Hypno as the other open her eyes as they turn away. The pendulum like device Hypno has swing back and forth as Delia's eyes tried to resist until they started to feel heavy seeing it swing.

She was in a half conscious state.

"Ash... Kaithlyn... I'm so-" with that, she falls to sleep as the grunts let her go. "-sorry."

"Good child." Faba said as he prepared the injection. "Now, don't squirm, not that you can." As he went to inject it on her nape.

"What is that you're injecting to her?" Lysander ask him.

"A drug I developed to control people's minds into thinking what I want them to think." Faba explained. "And honestly, I have to thank that Misty girl, in coming up to do that betrayal and used that."

"Then why gave her that again? We don't need her anymore." Lysander said.

"Why? Don't you want your son to have a mother to love him? How cruel of you." Faba said with a taunt with Lysander having a crossed look at him, Lysander knows that they still have plans for her and possibly, his son as well.

Faba then pulled the needle out of Delia.

"This will take awhile for the drug to take affect." As he stood up. "Take her to the top floor, I'll give her commands later." Faba ordered the grunts with them taking Delia away.

"Now, time for the next phase of the plan... But first, repairs."

Sorry it took me too (fucking) long to update, and its not in my original account, but something happened to it so I need to make another. The reason why I wasn't able to continue this, it's because I forgot my password(lame I know😅😰😨) when my phone got reformat because of a bug, and the reason why I didn't continue my story was because I loss interest in it and start with something new, which I had in mind, but seeing some comment that you guys wanted an update, it made me realize that I shouldn't leave it incomplete, and truth be told, the story is bugging me to continue it.

I'm sorry that leave it hanging for so long. I'll try my best to recall all the ideas for this story in my head and thank you for the support in my last account, I'll do my best to continue this story and expect some twist further on... Welp! with that all been said... God I missed this...
