Im a little later then i said I would be and

this is a short chapter but I forgot that I was out for family comittments

and i didnt have time to write  sadly

I promise the next chapter will be up soon and  it will be longer.

Chapter 4: Fighting the Akatsuki

It was not long before our road was blocked by two strange looking men in black coats with red clouds. The Akatsuki had finally arrived.

Kai’s POV:

“Well, well, well. If it isn’t Kakashi Hatake.” The first of the members spoke breaking the silence. This member was short and stubby something told me he wasn’t what he seemed. A black cloth draped over his mouth. Under his cloak, a tail stuck out a little. By my studies, this one was called Sasori. Kakashi did not say a word, only glared at them watching for any sudden movements.

“Looky here, who’s the pretty lady?” The second member motioned to me. This one was tall and had long blonde hair, tied up in a high pony tail while his fringe cover his left eye. The eye that was uncovered and viewable was a light shade of blue that looked a little gray. This man was Deidara.

“The name’s Kai.” I hissed, not daring to remove any form of eye contact. I was quite educated on the Akatsuki, which was probably the reason Lord Hokage decided to send me on this mission with Kakashi.

“Unfortunately sweetie we need that scroll you’re carrying.” I raised an eyebrow which only made him smirk. “I’m guessing that means we have to do this the hard way?” He asked turning his smirk into a grin.

His hand reached into a pouch at the same time as Kakashi and I reached back for a kunai. As I reached back my hand reached something that gave me an idea.

"So you guys want the scroll? Have it!" I threw the scroll at them. Kakashi's face was priceless.

"Haha thanks princess, un." Deidara laughed. In immediate shock Deidara jumped back throwing the scroll on the ground. The scroll exploded leaving a trail of smoke, I told this moment to grab Kakashi and hide. "Dam it!" Deidara cursed.

"Are you really that much of an idiot?!" Sasori yelled.

"Obviously." I whispered to myself. Kakashi sighed in relief "You didn't think I was actually giving them the scroll did you?"

"Arr... Well..." he scratched the back of his head. I shook my head and sighed

"Okay, listen up Kakashi. The guy on the left is Deidara he uses explosive clay so be careful. The one on the right is Sasori, he is a master with puppets." Kakashi smiled.

"I can see why Hokage sent you with me, you're quite the smart child."

"Who you calling a child?!" I whisper yelled glaring daggers into him.

"Oh, found you~" Kakashi and I jumped opposite ways as a clay spider crawled next us exploded.

"I'll take the girl, un" Deidara spoke with a devious smirk spread upon his lips.

"Don't get distracted." Sasori smiled.

"Me?" He laughed. Running straight towards me to me.

Minutes of fighting felt like hours they were strong. I was trying so hard to concentrate On my battle my eyes would not stop wondering over to Kakshi's battle. Kakashi was holding his own against Sasori but I could tell

he was exhausted.

Kakashi was getting slower, his reaction time was also suffering. I knew he should have slept, dam it if only he woke me up.

"Focus sweet heart." Deidara stood smirking behind me. I instantly stiffened, dam I let him get to close. "Your boyfriend of there isn't looking too well over there." he laughed. I clenched my fist and grinded my teeth in frustration. "Give us the scroll and he might just live. Other wise ..." he came up close and whispered in my ear. "He might die." 

Okay Kai time for plan two. I smiled mischievously.
