Few weeks later Barbatos noticed Satan acting distance with him. Whenever he would visit the house to just visit or stay over  Satan would hide in his room or avoid him at all cost except when their son wanted both of them.

Barbatos was wondering if he did something wrong. And wondered if he was really upset about what happened at the class and if Daniel said something that he wasn't telling him about.

Anyway tonight as Xiao was in his room asleep Barbatos was just doing some cleaning as Satan was sitting on the couch reading a book.

But he then walked over and ask.

Barbatos : are you still upset with me about the class?"

Satan : no"

Barbatos : then what did I do to offend you?"

Satan : nothing"

Barbatos : ......"

Satan wasn't even glancing at him. Paying no attention to him like he didn't exist and he did seem annoyed and mad.

Barbatos : ..... whatever I may have did I am sorry"

Satan : can you just leave me alone?"

Barbatos : I'm only trying to help?"

Satan : WELL YOUR NOT HELPING!"

Barbatos was a little taken at Satan's sudden outburst but decided to just walk away and leave him alone.

Few minutes later as Barbatos was in the kitchen Satan suddenly walked in and as he was immediately about to walk out because Barbatos was there. Barbatos said.

Barbatos : every time I come over you distance yourself like you are annoyed by my presence.

I'm not trying to upset you Satan but if you are not happy with me about something I would like to know what I did so I can make it up to you"

Satan : .....the fact you don't know proves a lot!"

Barbatos : that doesn't make s-

Satan : JUST SHUT UP! ALL YOU BEEN DOING IS LYING TO ME!"

Barbatos: lying about what?"

Satan : YOUR JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE! PRETENDING TO GIVE A SHIT ABOUT ME WHEN YOUR REALLY JUST SICK OF ME! "

Barbatos : Satan where is this coming from?"

Satan : NOWHERE! YOU WERE JUST PRETENDING TO CARE BECAUSE OF MY SITUATION!

JUST ADMIT IT! YOUR GETTING TIRED OF ME!"

Barbatos : I'm not ly-!?

Satan : STOP LYING!!"

Satan then push a knives rack off the counter that nearly hit Barbatos.

And as Barbatos looked down at the knives he sighed and said.

Barbatos: I will admit you have been making some things difficult and have been difficult to deal with.

I've been trying to help you and understand what you are going through and sympathize.

But nothing seems to please you no matter what. I've tried every way I know how to help you but I still get met with the same response.

You yelling at me along with throwing things and I will admit it has gotten a little irritating to deal with.

If you truly want my honest answer then yes maybe I am getting a little tired of this."

Satan : ......."

After hearing this Satan immediately just walked away going upstairs but Barbatos followed him seeing he was hurt.

Barbatos : Satan I'm sorry I didn't mean it like th-

Satan : GET OUT!"

Barbatos : i-!?

Satan : I DON'T CARE IF THIS IS YOUR PLACE JUST GET OUT!"

Barbatos : .....if that is what you want I'll go"

After this Barbatos just left not wanting to upset Satan anymore.

Few hours later Barbatos was on his way back to the house to see if Satan calmed down dealing bad about what he said and wanted to apologize.

And as he was walking over. Outside some bar he saw Daniel and decided to go talk to him to figure out what happened to Satan.

Knowing Daniel had to be the one to put Satan in a bad mood.

Later Satan noticed Barbatos didn't come back. but he did tell him to leave but he regretted saying that.

He just figured that if everyone was going to get sick of him if Barbatos was going to. He might as well do it first so it wouldn't hurt him as much.

He hated that Daniel got in his head but in a way he had a point and so did Barbatos

He didn't understand why he got so angry around Barbatos and why he got so mad when other people talked to him or showed interest in him.

Barbatos was nice to him and helped him so much and did more than he needed to.

He felt some way about him but he wasn't sure. But it was something big considering he wanted Barbatos to be the father because he knew Barbatos would do just as much for Xiao.

He wondered if it could of been Barbatos that night and suddenly as he really thought about it.

It suddenly clicked.

He suddenly ran to Xiao's room and said seeing he was up and babbling to him.

Satan : yes I'm going to go apologize ok? But don't tell anyone or no more crime documentaries"

He got quiet and after this Satan got himself and then him ready to go out and then left to go find Barbatos.

..The night at the Christmas party..

Satan was sitting on the balcony
After having a few glasses of demonus wine holding a stray cat that was wrap up lile a new born baby.

Barbatos then walked over to him and asked confused.

Barbatos: what are you doing?"

Satan : .....I want a baby....."

Barbatos : ......what?"

Satan : I want one....I would make a good dadmom? Better than Lucifer!....he can't do anything right except make it me wish I didn't exist...."

Barbatos : ..... Satan are you alright? What is bringing this up?"

Satan :...I would be good....I would
Make sure it would never feel the way I do....every single day....."

Barbatos then sat down next to him and said.

Barbatos : I don't doubt you would make a good father. But it's a lot of work"

Satan : I know that....when I was first here I had to teach myself everything he never helped me
And everyone else was busy with more important things..."

Barbatos : .....maybe one day you'll be a father but for now you have this cat....where did you get it?"

Satan : I went to the human world and stole it out of a house"

Barbatos : ....I once took a baby"

Satan : .....are you drunk?"

Barbatos thought about it and honestly couldn't remember how much demonus he kept drinking because of stress.

Barbatos : no? Of course not? Anyway I put it back"

Satan : ....I should of done that..."

Barbatos : last time I did Lucifer and Diavolo got mad at me.... can't remember much of that night...."

Satan : ......you think you were a good father to Diavolo?"

Barbatos : I....what does he say?"

Satan : everyone always hears from him how well you took care of him when he was young"

Barbatos : he was an active child....heh....and very cute....his little hands....when he was learning how to walk I had to walk around the castle following him with pillows in case he fell....."

Barbatos kept talking about Diavolo when he was a baby and after a few minutes he sat down and said looking sad like Satan was.

Barbatos : I also want a baby...."

Satan then sat there for a few seconds before suddenly leaning in and kissing Barbatos.

Barbatos immediately stopped him and said seeming surprised by his sudden action.

Barbatos : .... Satan what are you doing?....."

Satan : we could make one since we both want one?"

Barbatos : th....that's not ...psychically possible?"

Satan : wouldn't hurt to try? Since we're here?"

Barbatos : ....."

Satan started kissing his neck and Barbatos wanted to stop him but it also felt good so this continued

Later as Satan was out going to the castle to talk to Barbatos while holding Xiao who was asleep.

He suddenly pass by a bar and froze at what he saw.

Outside the bar he saw Barbatos and Daniel kissing.
