Douglas is a chill person. He's laid back and a bit goofy with no intentions of taking things very serious. He doesn't do well with threats and if he is threatened he will usually completely ignore that person as long as possible.

Douglas tends to just go with the flow of things rather than let life get the worst of him. He can be somewhat hateful to himself because, well, he hates being a vampire. From Douglas's own actions he tends to be negative about himself and what he caused by his own actions.

Douglas's backstory isn't anything wild. He grew up going back and forth between parents and his comfort ended up being his computer. With a higher IQ it wasn't hard for him to break in to government offices and find reports on people.
When he was a late teenager he tapped in to the supernatural world but complete accident and everything spiraled downward from there. He was pinged by Dante Bonetti and has worked for him since he was seventeen. For years Dante offered Douglas the chance to be a lycan but overall Douglas wanted to be a vampire. Throughout many years of deals Douglas eventually got what he wanted and became a vampire at 24.
After he had done this he figured out it was a horrible mistake. He became a huge "anti-vampire" as he calls it and constantly would tear his teeth out to "avoid" being one.
