Scarlet Kiss is a coven based in the outer and inner rings of Las Vegas. Ruling over this land, in the supernatural realm, this coven has become the second largest in the United States.

Originally based in Russia under the rule of Lilith Vandruva this group eventually fled and formed after her genocide. In 1721 this Coven was formed under the ruling of seven vampires who were connected to the Vandruvan and Cornova families in forms of previous slavery.

In modern day Scarlet Kiss is still ruled by seven vampires all the while the highest ruler of this coven is considered the monarch of this group.

Monarch
The highest leader of Scarlet Kiss is referred to simply as the "Monarch." This ruler is one of the original seven vampires who escaped Lilith Vandruva's genocide or may be one of their descendants (through a bite or in rare cases, through their direct bloodline). This leader holds the knowledge of the other six and tends to hold the most power.

The Librarian
The Librarian may not hold the same power as the ruling leader but tends to hold the most influential knowledge when it comes to politics and old rules. This leader of the coven is sought out for updated knowledge on modern day, large and small packs, as well as direct news from larger or smaller covens.

The Knight
Following old rules, The Knight, is in charge of updated military training, power, and knowledge. For those in the coven that wish to protect it from both supernatural creatures and the human government, this is the one to go to.

Gatherer
This member of the lead group is in charge of strict and precise rules when it comes to feeding. To keep the coven from going out of control the Gatherer is in charge of the BloodBank. (Will be explained in further lore on this page.)

The Mother
The Mother is considered a very prized possession within the coven. For the female(or AFAB) vampires who still have the ability to carry biological children they are brought under the secure care of The Mother. This vampire, who tends to be female, helps birthing mothers ignore the urges to feed off their newborn offspring and will usually take over with raising them.

The Fledgling Caretaker
For newly bitten vampires they are placed under the direct (and very strict) care of this leader. This Caretaker overrules the vampires willing to join the coven but cannot control their new vampiric urges.

Arbitrator
The last leader named in the Coven was the Arbitrator. This main leader of the coven is considered the Peace Maker between packs, human government, and other covens or supernatural groups. This vampire has the most freedom, somewhat, but is often forcefully sent to other regions to make peace.

This vampiric group isn't opposed to being peaceful with werewolves and they don't have a strict rule of no shifter friends. They, however, will not become allies with a pack or a group of shifters. This coven is strictly set under vampire law and they do not accept hybrids or any other creature besides a full vampire into their group.

Scarlet Kiss has two majors "no-no's"when it comes to the vampire world - Lilith Vandruva and Drayke Cornova. In their time forming their coven they are more wary of Drayke due to her previous attacks to irradiate them. This coven has nearly come to a full frontal attack (in 1820) on Drayke for her once devastating attack towards them. With Lilith they just simply dislike due to her once slavery of supernatural creatures and the mass vampiric genocide she caused.

Blood Bank
The "Blood Bank" is a highly underground facility kept hundreds of feet below the surface. Originally starting in 1903 in accordance with the human government, this was actually approved by law. The Blood Bank consists of six hundred humans(who filter out upon death) who consent above the age of twenty five that are put in a comatose state and drained of some their blood daily. This keeps fresh blood supply to the coven and helps with mass attacks that could be brought upon the human population. Luckily for Scarlet Kiss actually having a self sustaining BloodBank they actually deal blood in covens and bottled blood for vampires who may attend events within the States.
