It's the only word that describes that feeling. A pang of guilt, and sadness, goes all through you. Wow. Just... Wow. You get shocked. Lost. Your heart beating fast. You did nothing. But just the thought of the "thing" makes you freaked out. Your froze. This has happened before. I barely talked. And all of sudden... You can barely move.
