You hopped across the sidewalk without hesitation, your eyes fixed ahead with a lonely stare. You saw that most people were inside, as they were usually on heir phones and electronics these days. They always seemed to pin the blame of most on teenagers, when they themselves use it as a distraction from time to play the little devices.

You mumbled a tune you had heard on the radio today. What was the song called again? Shake it off? Or was it Blank Space? Or Sugar? No, it was definitely Shake it off. Whatever; you didn't care about that. But maybe you did? It was nagging at you for an unknown reason. You assured yourself you didn't care. But you did.

You picked up a rock and threw it at a post, without thinking or looking at the rock beforehand. As it flew through the air and collided into the pole, you saw its beautiful hazy purple colour with darker grey stripes. You adored the colours before it the pole and shot sideways into An alley. That rock would have made a great deal to your prize collection, so you decided to follow it and see if you could find it, with a certain panic and worry and anger at yourself.

You grumbled curses at yourself and turned down the dark alley. Before you realized how dark it was, you turned around. There was no way you could possibly find it in this dark place. Whining, you took a step, only to bump into something with a quiet yelp. Staring up with frustration, your eyes soon betrayed you to widen in horror. A tall muscly man grinned down at you, his pupils glowing red in the surrounding darkness. A ghoul. You gave a soft quivering shriek, only to be stopped short by the man's terrifying warning glare. 

"You look rather delicious," he snickered as he chocked your movement. He approached you slowly, making you turn to run and realize you were trapped by a large dark green garbage bin that smelled as terrible as your situation. Tears beaded at the corners of your eyes. You didn't want to die. Not today. You still had a huge life ahead of you.... And this was the end of it.
