: On my last story no one voted for Selena's newsie name, and it has been a little over a week, and I want to continue writing so I decided on the name myself. Please read, and I hope you all enjoy this chapter. :

The next day arose. Early in the morning, about five o'clock Selena walked in to Kathrine room. The younger pulitzer was dressed in her newsie outfit which was completed with a grey newsboy hat to cover her hair. She made sure to pin it all up so that no one would no that she was female.
Selena gentlely shoke Kathrine to wake her up. The sleeping girl slowly arose, and blurringly seeing a newsie  type outfit Kathrine mumbles out something.
"Jack I told you to stop sneaking in here at night!" Kathrine said softly and Selena chuckled a bit.
"Well my outfit is convincing at least!" Selena chanted. Suddenly Kathrine shot up hearing her sisters voice, and not Jack's.
"You tell dad and,...." the girl hesitated for a moment not knowing what to say. "Or youse' ganna get a soakin' from me's" she uttered in her best newsie accent. Both girls laughed a little at the impersonation.

           "So, Sel you have the outfit now you just need to decide on your name, and try to get a newsie accent when your there." Kathrine groggily said. Selena moved and sat next to her sister.
"Kath, I decided on your name suggestion on Snake, and I'll try my best to keep an accent." After that moment Kathrine hugged her sister tightly.
"Selena, good luck with the boys. I really appreciate what your doing for me and please stay safe don't let anyone take you down, and don't reveal your identity. I love you sis. Now go get em' Snake!" Kathrine said as a final pep talk to her sister. That was the last Selena would see any of her family for a while.

        Selena quietly sneaked out of the mansion through Katherines fire escape. Selena carefully climbed down the ladder making sure not to slip and fall. She finally reached the pavement and started to head toward the Manhattan newsboy lodging house. On her way she noticed very few people up at this time, and once she arrived at the lodging house it had already become about six. The girl only had about thirty minutes before the newsies started to head out to the circulation center.

The next hour was filled with her thinking about how this would go down when she met the newsies. Would she meet them outside the lodging house? Or what about the circulation center while buying papers? Other thoughts raced through her head aswell. What if they new she was a girl? What if she didn't bind well enough to make her chest look flat, and her hair wasn't pinned up enough? Would they all easily know she was a girl? Selena shakes off the thoughts from her head. Just then so much time had passed that she had heard the circulation bells ring. The girl quickly ran into the center to get her first 'papes'. She noticed some familiar newsies, some that sold on her house street. She also noticed Jack, her sisters boyfriend.
"Hey it's a newbie!" A boy with a crutch delightfully said. Some of the boys smiled. Jack went up to her and looked at her for a second.
"Heys' it's a newbie. Ise' is Jack. What's youse' name?" Jack said with a broad Manhattan accent.
"Oh! Ise is Snake." Selena said trying to impersonate jacks accent. Jack motioned for her to follow him. He went to the counter.
"Hey Weasel!" Jack slapped some money infront of Wiesel. "Gets' the new kid 40 papes!" Selena stood there confused and then responded.
"Jack, ise don't needs you to pays for me papers I got it."
"Ahh it's fine Snake! It's a tradition forse all new newsies papers to be paid for bys the leader." Jack said prodfully.
