The alarm goes off and to wake up Isen which was no use since Isen already up. Isen kept his

hardest to try to sleep but couldn't because of his night terrors and insomnia. If he could he would sleep a whole day or two but he had to

deal with school. He sighed and gets ready, he went to his kitchen and poured himself a cup of coffee and ended up taking two cup, do to the

lack of sleep. Isen loved the bitter taste of black coffee if he would take four cups of coffee but he couldn't because he would probably get

dizzy, shaky and practically have his heart jump out of his chest. Isen grabs his bag and opens his door only to see Remi waiting by his

dorm. " R-REMI !!" Isen said a little startled. "Hi Isen! I just want to see if You wanted to

walk with me to school?" Isen looked around to see if anyone was around and mostly Blyke. " Is it just you?" "Yep, Come on let's go."Remi said

grabbing Isen hand. " okay." Isen said as his mind wanderers off. Then Remi later on tries

to tell Isen something on their walk to school . "Isen, we haven't seen each other in a while

also you looked like you haven't slept and eaten in days Can you please explain to me why's

that's?" Remi looked like she was going to burst into tears. "I-I" Isen tries to figure out

what to say to Remi but before he say anything she cuts him off. "Is it because you have

Hanahaki disease?" Isen was in pure shock "H-HOW DOES SHE KNOW ABOUT THAT!?!"

" y-you h-how do y-you know about
H-Hanahaki disease?" "My brother used to talk about fictional stories and one of them turned out to be Hanahaki disease. So are you

ignoring me and Blyke because you have it and you have feelings for Blyke. And the fact that Blyke likes me, you think he would probably

never feel the same way about you." Isen just nods "T-That not true, he a told mess without

you.He's very worried about you! Heck I'm worried about you!" Remi says as she chokes up her tears. Isen confronts her and pulls her

into a hug " Remi it very sweet for you worried about me but he doesn't feel the same way he only sees me as a friend. I'm fine I promise

really." "No you're not. how long have slept, how long have you ate,how long are you going to ignore your friends!" Isen sighed "I can't tell

you about my sleep or how long I've ate but I can tell you, I will stop ignoring you and I'll

decide if I want to take the removal surgery. But if I do I will never have  feelings for anyone ever again." Remi takes a deep breath and asks

"W-What happens if you don't take the surgery?" Isen hesitantly response " I-I could die." As he said that Remi sobs " I-I sorry Isen

you don't deserve this! I want you to be happy with someone but I don't want you to go! I

don't want to lose someone I love again, I just can't!" Isen hugs Remi tighter then wipes the tears off her face. "Come on let's go to class." Isen said with a small smile.
