{ Will's POV }

I'd been staying with George and Matty for the past few weeks. I honestly felt empty, like every ounce of me and my emotions were pulled out of my body and thrown away, leaving an empty shell.

I stared at the unnecessarily large window that let light into the living room. Sadly now, it let in no light as snow flew around harshly, obstructing my view. A snowstorm had hit Sheffield last night and continued on into today.

I grabbed George's cigarettes off the floor and pulled one out, placing it between my chapped lips before lighting it. The fumes poisoned me but I didn't mind.

Matty came into the room and sat behind me, wrapping his thin arms around my stomach and cuddling into my back.

" Ready to go home yet love? " Matty asked softly.

He sounded perfectly content with me staying there but I knew both him and George resented having someone encroach upon their time alone. Or at least, thats what I told myself.

" I suppose, " I murmured softly.

Matty nodded and got up gently, helping me to stand. He grabbed a random sweater off the floor and handed it to me while he put on a sweater of his own.

Once I had it on, he grabbed my coat and handed it to me along with my bag and a plastic medicine container filled with our weed.

" Let's try not to wake George otherwise you'll never be able to leave. " Matty said with a giggle.

I nodded, the cig still between my lips as we quietly left the house and began to walk towards Jamie's place. The snow had died down a bit so the walk wasn't too unpleasant.

Winter break started two days ago which means two months of vacation. Christmas was coming up and just the thought of the holiday made me cringe.

As Matty and I walked I felt an overwhelming sense of panic, as if someone was watching me and waiting to jump out of the shadows.

I tried to shake off the feeling but it still lingered deep within me. Once we got to Jamie's house I heard someone playing guitar in the garage as well as a few laughs.

My stomach churned at the thought of facing everyone again. I stepped inti the house, Matty following closely behind, and was met with my Aunt. She sent a soft smile my way and hugged me tightly, kissing my cheek in the process.

" I missed you sweetie! Are you feeling any better after your panic attack? " She asked kindly.

I cringed inwardly at her words but nodded, putting on the most convincing smile I could muster.

" Yeah uh..much better...Matty thanks for walking me, " I turned towards Matty and gave him a hug.

He smiled, " Of course love! I'll tell George to text you. "

I nodded and watched him leave, dragging my happiness behind him on an invisible string.

" Want a snack? " my Aunt asked softly.

" Erm...just some tea please, " I replied quietly.

As I sat, waiting for my tea, the garage door opened and Alex came out with a big grin on his face. He turned towards the kitchen and saw me.

His eyes lit up and he ran towards me. I think he said my name in a giddy tone but I could barely register his words as I was spacing out. I felt his arms wrap tightly around me and a blush painted my cheeks as I hugged the shy boy back.

The other came out of the garage, probably to see what the commotion was about. Jamie ran over to me and basically body slammed me. I giggled softly and hugged him tightly as he swung me around.

Nick came over and ruffled my hair softly. Matt came over as well which caused me to tense up.

His face was full of guilt. Before he could even say anything, I blurted my words out.

" It's okay " I said quickly.

His cheeks flamed red. He nodded and looked down shyly as the other glanced at him.

" Wow you actually shut him up, " Alex said with a giggle.

A pit grew in my stomach and I felt slightly unsettled at Al's words.

" Um yeah sure.. " I mumbled, grabbing my tea and pushing past the talking boys.

I made my way upstairs to my room annd sat on the bed, sipping my tea slowly. I still felt like I was being watched but when I looked out my window there was no one there.

I sighed, setting my empty mug down and standing up. I climbed out the other window, onto my balcony and pulled out the weed along with rolling papers.

I rolled a joint, starting it off and placing it between my lips. I inhaled the smoke andd felt my body start to relax.

The cold storm air blew snowflakes at me, landing some on my coat and face. I felt cold but it was a refreshing type of cold, one that woke you up slightly and made you feel happy.

" Will? " I heard someone call.

I looked up as my balcony door opened and Matt stepped out. I smiled awkwardly.

" Hullo... " I murmured back.

Matt sat next to me and looked down, playing with his hands. He watched me as I smoked the joint, hiding behind my hair which I'd let down.

I peeked up at Matt and stared into his grayish hued eyes. He blushed slightly and leaned hesitantly towards me.

" C-Can I try smoking that? " He asked hesitantly, his voice small.

I giggled slightly and nodded.

" Sure love, " I handed him the joint and he took a drag.

He coughed slightly but kept himself together pretty well. I giggled and watched him.

" You can take a few more drags if you want, " I murmured.

So he did and I could already tell it was affecting him. He handed me the joint back and I finished it off.

Matt leaned against me and rested his hand against my knee. I giggled as did he and we leaned against each other, watching the storm continue.

" I've missed you, " he murmured softly.

A light blush painted my cheeks. I looked up at Matt who was looking down slightly.

" I missed you too Matt... " I whispered back.

He looked and I stared back at him. We leaned towards each other, our foreheads coming together.

Our lips were about to touch...

when my phone rang.

I jumped and pulled away, sucking in a harsh gasp. Matt blushed and looked away quickly while I answered my phone.

I gave up on putting an outfit for Will in this one bc im tired and too lazy to edit one cause it usually takes me a solid hour to make it look nice.
