(OoO Collin's POV)

He blinked a few times, Eyes adjusting to the sudden darkness of night. 

Where was he?

Collin studied the surrounding area, from what he could tell in the darkness, he was stationed on a rooftop--from what he could tell. Yet who's roof?

Leaning against the side of the roof. He rubbed his forehead a bit. Letting the small amount of stress dive back down into his stomach. He was just searching for Seekah, who disappeared after the fight about Lilly. Speaking of Lilly, she wasn't anywhere to be seen.

Glancing about yet again. He knew he wasn't home. Or anywhere near his home, he probably was in a different world from what he could tell. The magic flow in the air was similar, yet exceedingly different.

Sighing, he got up back on his feet. Looking down from the building, studying the layout of where he was. 

First, he wanted to know who was the "Gardener" of this place was. There were no plants, and the soil seemed to have no ability to hold any vegetation except weeds.

Even though he was no son of Demeter, this nagged at his brain. Lilly has been affecting him too much. With a sudden new hobby of planting she got, their underground house was being taken over with overgrown vines and plants. Someone would think its been there for centuries if they walked inside.

Collins's thinking was interrupted as he heard someone talking aloud to themselves. Quickly hiding out of the person's gaze, he then tried to listen in. Straining his ears to overhear whatever this person was talking about. There might be some valuable information.

"Lilys asleep... Oh god what does she think of me, I.. " First off, Collin could tell that this person was nervous. Something was wrong, and he had that urge he usually has to help someone if their sad... Or just overall not having a good day.

But this person must not have just been having a bad day, he could hear it within the personal voice. Something else, something worse was happening to them.

"Its.. asleep at least, I have time to myself to Be--Sad...", the person continued. Collin felt the urge to talk to the person grow more, though it wasn't enough to make him fly down and talk to them... Not yet at least.

"She must think I'm so weird... Probably a monster because of, him..." 

"I'll never be a normal person."

This hit collin hard in the heart, that is what most demigods wish for. They didn't chose to be like this. Honestly, he once wished that same wish.

Turning over from his hiding spot, he gently hovered down with his boots (good thing he had them, or he would be plummeting.)

"Excuse me, are you okay?" He questioned, landing down to give the person space. Causing the person to flinch hard, backing away.

He wasn't prepared to see what state this person was on the outside, the fellow ginger had large bags under his eyes. That he probably didn't realize, even in the dark the faint outlines of them were easily shown.

Also what hurt him the most, was how the other guy's eyes were swollen from what must have been tears.

"W-who are you!?" the person backed away, locked in a stance ready for sprinting away.

"Hey.. It's okay, I'm not a threat." He kept from reaching out, knowing that would scare the guy more. He dealt with Lilly when they first met, so he considered himself a pro at situations like this.

"Honestly, I just appeared on the roof of this building. Heard you... And I felt as though i should check up on you-- Yea im checking up on a total stranger", he smiled at the other ginger. He seemed confused, but his tension lessened.

"Your not that smar-"

 He interrupted the person before they could continue. " I'm a complete idiot. I have no brain cells.". This caused the person to giggle a little bit, but stopped between it. The sadness of the other ginger preventing to go into a happier state of mind.

"Anyways... Do you need a hug?" he asked.

The person, taken aback by the question. Hesitated, showing that he isnt easily trusting at the moment.

He added in, " If you want, it helps me out when im down in the dumps."

The ginger was about to nod, but hesitated yet again. Squeezing out "I'd hurt you..."

His eyes softened more, and he showed his teeth in a confident and gleeful smile as he chimed, "I'm stronger than I look, I can kick down a god if i wanted to." He did a karate move to the last sentence, trying to joke around to ease the tension.

Though the other ginger seemed to be amazed by the statement, face reading as "really?".

The saddened stranger then nodded and walked near him in an awkward shuffle. Soon being brought into a gentle. Yet empathetic hug.

Collin felt tears drop onto his shoulder and the guy started crying, he then knew something that made him want to tear down whoever caused this...

This person was broken,  beyond repair. Almost, Collin then took it to himself. Swearing his own oath to help this person.

"W-whats your n-n-name..?", the ginger managed to choke out through the pile of tears rushing down his cheeks.

"Collin, yours?" he replied. 

The sudden silence scared him, and they stopped hugging to look each other in the eye.

"My names Collin as well...", the other Collin objected.

his eyes widened at the realization as he studied the person.

"Then.. Were both from ourselves, but from diffrent worlds then".

There was another pile of silence, and the other Collin questioned. "How could you get that out of us just having the same name?".

"We have the exact same voice. " He responded 

"Oh...".

I wanted to have a more gentle style this chapter, im surprised I posted a lot today though. 

But i may change time up a little bit depending on how events ordered. Not that much,

Like for Devin "coming back" in FTO, i know i want that to happen. But this is a little bit before it as well. I think.
