It's been an hour and they couldn't find Cerise anywhere in Tokyo. They were all brought back to Paris by Ryuko's wind dragon ability and the news got out that the missing people were okay and were found by Ladybug and Cat Noir. What the news also discovered are two extinct living fossils founded by the disappeared man from Costa Rica who thought he was dead turns out he was alive for the last 10 years. Ladybug also informed that she and her kitty declared that there's a new Hawk Moth on the loose.

Right now, Marinette and Adrien are reunited at long last, pretending to be worried about where they've been but made up an excuse to each other.

"Oh, Adrien. Did you enjoy your little trip without me?" Marinette asked.

"Yes, and what about you, Marinette?" Adrien asked.

"I did. I'm sorry I worried you too much. Us girls take too long you know" Marinette said.

"I'm sorry too for not contacting you. But I can't stay mad at you" Adrien said.

"Heh, and I thought you liked when I make a cute angry pout" Marinette giggled.

"I do. But I'm worried about this new Hawk Moth appearing. She seems to use hers for a more dangerous approach" Adrien said.

"She won't break us apart, my prince," Marinette said.

"I cannot stand akumas again, my love. You know what they do you know" Adrien held her close.

"Yes, I do" Marinette nuzzled him.

Pelle and Luna saw them being weird but at least they are happy they are reunited with each other. They stopped by for Andre's ice cream and they both got a flavor scoop that represents the colors of someone they will one day meet.

"You two are so perfect," Andre said to Pelle and Luna.

"Ummm....merci?" Luna blushed.

"We're just friends," Pelle said.

"Yes, but thanks for the compliment," Luna said shyly, "You make wonderful ice cream, señor"

"Thank you" Andre hands them each ice cream.

Pelle looks at his ice cream. He noted the colors of it but still enjoyed it, "Thanks" He said as he and Luna took a seat and the park bench, "Well, if Cerise ever shows up again, we'll be ready" Pelle said.

"That woman is crazy. How can Gabriel abandon her when she was just a baby? He has caused so much damage in life and he did not face the consequences, Chico. Especially not being a good father to Adrien. He really ignored the consequences and he paid a price by death" Luna ate her ice cream.

"She proved herself a greater threat than her old man," Pelle said.

"Life has punished Gabriel, it can do the same to her," Luna said.

"Yeah. I can't believe she managed to akumatize Ladybug" Pelle said.

"Why did she run away from her problems?" Luna asked.

"Mostly out of fear," Pelle said.

Just then, millions of Akuma butterflies take the shape of Chrysalis face the same way Hawk Moth did by introducing himself indirectly.

"Vad i helsefyr?!" Pelle exclaimed in Swedish.

"Hello, Paris! Yeah, I'm the new Hawk Moth but you can all call me Chrysalis!" The head of Chrysalis cackled, causing everyone to quiver in fear, "Monarch was a fool and he deserved to be dead! He may have been my father but I'll make sure to not fail like him! If you are there, Ladybug and Cat Noir! Be prepared because I'm everywhere! You can tell everyone you can protect but you can't protect their fears!" Chrysalis cackled and hundreds of akumas fluttered away.

"Well, I'd be damned. She has started her terror" Pelle said.

Luna glared at Felix who saw the same thing, "Don't look at me, woman! I did not make a deal with her this time!"

"No, but she could manipulate you easily the same way she did with Marinette's classmates, your cousin, and your girlfriend. She's a very powerful liar. She almost manipulated me and Pelle" Luna crossed her arms that she so hates manipulation and mischief.

"Yeah," Pelle nodded.

"We need to get ready to run from an attack," Felix said.

"I agree," Pelle said.

Ladybug and Cat Noir came in and found the heroes detransformed, "You all saw?"

"Yes, just make sure he doesn't do the same mischief to betray you all again" Luna still glaring at Felix.

"I'm not living in la vida loca" Felix rolled his eyes and Kagami chuckled a little at his grumpiness.

"No time to argue. That's what Chrysalis wants, to take advantage of our anger" Ladybug said.

"That's the problem, Ladybug. We don't know where she lives. This is just the beginning now" Pelle said.

"Yeah, but she's not gonna stop us now," Cat Noir said.

"The only thing we know is that if she disguised herself as Lila Rossi before, she could have many fake identities to blend in. Remember what I taught you, gatito. Eyes are everywhere" Luna said and then glared at Felix, "Since you know who we are, you better not sell us to that new monster, chico malo!" She raised her Latina attitude.

"We big cats eat birds," Clawws said.

"And elephants are mighty" Trunkk said.

"Easy now, Trunkk" Pelle told his kwami.

"Not a chance in hell I'll do that again. And it's getting on my nerves being reminded" Felix said.

"Good, you learned your lesson. But we better watch out for any akuma" Pelle said calmly.

"Told ya that you made a lot of enemies all the time, bird" Cat Noir snickered that this peacock boy got his life punished.

"This isn't funny, kitty" Ladybug rolled her eyes.

"Sorry Bugaboo" Cat Noir said.

"Still calling her that?" Felix noted.

"Do you still call her your queen?" Cat Noir making fun of him.

"Yes. Just as Marinette is called Princess" Felix said.

Just then they heard more screams, "Ay, por dios! She doesn't learn to leave us alone" Luna getting aggravated with Cerise.

"What now?!" Ladybug ran over to see what was going on.

It was a false alarm that the animals got loose from the zoo again, "Oh great! Alright, let's move!" Ladybug swung over.

Pelle and Luna ran to transform into a hiding place, "It has to be a distraction, chico. It feels like a trap from her" Luna said.

"Yes. Trunkk, flap my ears!" Pelle transformed to Blu Tembo.

"Clawws, let's hunt!" Luna transformed into Panthera, "You know what to do like we first met last time. Be careful and keep a lookout for that bruja"

"Of course, kompis," Blu Tembo said 'Friend' in Swedish.

Argos and Ryuko were distracting some of the animals, especially the peacocks. It made the peacock holder a little distracted with the fabulous birds with beautiful feathers. Then suddenly he made a call like them.

"Did you just make a call?!" Ryuko stared at him.

"Long story how I did the first time!" Argos blushed in embarrassment, getting the peacocks to safety before vicious predators like big cats eat them.

"Okay" Ryuko saw two tigers approaching, "Better hurry up before it thinks you're its bird food"

"Come get me, tigers!" Argos flew a bit to lure the tigers away.

Ladybug and Cat Noir were trying to get everyone to safety from the animals nearly gonna attack them. Cat Noir remembers his lesson from his feline cousin and she was right that Chrysalis has eyes everywhere in plain sight. It was making his cat ears flick a lot.

"Milady! My feline senses are going haywire!" Cat Noir said.

"Not good. Lucky charm!" Ladybug summons a pair of headphones, "Headphones?"

"Seriously?" Cat Noir saw them.

He then heard a siren song but there was no water for mermaids to get close. Ladybug puts the headphones on her kitty's human ears to prevent the hypnotic sound waves from entering his brain.

"This should protect you from the mermaid song," Ladybug said.

Cat Noir tries to smell sea water but not a single scent of it anywhere, "Strange. No seawater scent"

"Something's off. I'll find the source, Kitty" Ladybug said.

"Bugaboo, be careful," Cat Noir said before resuming helping the people.

The siren song only works on men since that's how it's been made but women have more free will. Ladybug jumped after the source but saw Blu Tembo in a trance.

"Chico, wake up! Despertar!" Panthera could not even snap him out of it. Not even a slap in the face either.

"So beautiful" Blu Tembo said.

Even Argos was also in a trance as well as the male peacocks too. Ryuko tried slapping him but it did not wake him up.

"Damn it! The guys have lost it!" Ladybug witnessed.

Cat Noir sees what's happening and decides to help his partner and the other girls with his ears protected.

"Not exactly. A kiss breaks a spell" Cat Noir said.

"What?!" Panthera exclaimed.

"I can kiss him again like always" Ryuko kissed Argos, hoping he could get out of that siren spell.

"Wha? What?!" Argos shook his head awake.

Panthera was having second thoughts about this. She only saw Pelle as her best friend, not a lover. It would be wrong to kiss someone who doesn't share the same feelings like that.

"Forgive me, Chico" Panthera kissed him.

Blu Tembo tensed up at the kiss and snapped out of the trance. Panthera quickly pulls away, feeling completely humiliated with herself to kiss him. Ladybug tossed the headphones she took from the store to Argos and Panthera.

"That should protect the muchachos" Panthera hands them to Blu Tembo.

"What the hell is going on?" Argos asked, almost feeling like he had a headache.

"Just shut up and put this on," Ryuko said, pulling his hood down and putting the headphones on for music to hear. He pressed the button and the Ladybug theme song played.

Panthera did the same for Blu Tembo but knowing that all male civilians are under the siren spell, they have to stop the animals from scaring female civilians and find Chrysalis.

"Split up, guys! Be careful! Chrysalis is dangerous and likes to break us apart!" Ladybug said.

"You heard her. Wherever she is, be prepared!" Cat Noir said.

"Got it" Argos nodded at him and ran with Ryuko.

Blu Tembo ran with Panthera while Ladybug proceeded with Cat Noir.

"Track!" Panthera calls on her superpower word to find Chrysalis.

"Where is she?" Blu Tembo asked.

Panthera grunts as she tries to find her but all she can see is the Mines of Paris. She can't see Chrysalis anywhere.

"Agh!!!!" She screamed in pain.

"What's wrong?!" Blu Tembo got concerned.

"I could only see the Mines of Paris," Panthera said, covering her eyes that nearly could've burned her eye sockets, "Agh! I can't find her"

"We better go check there," Blu Tembo said.

"Yeah, I can't do that power again. It almost strained my eye sockets. Shit" Panthera groaned as she tries to adjust her sight.

"Ladybug, Cat Noir! Come in!" He calls for Ladybug and Cat Noir.

"What's wrong? Did you find her? These siren spells are messing up men around here?" Ladybug said through the comms.

"Panthera's power can't find Chrysalis but she only saw the Mines of Paris! We don't know if that's where Cerise is hiding at!" Blu Tembo said.

"We're heading there then," Ladybug said.

"We'll meet you there!" Blu Tembo said.

"Agh, okay. I can see now" Panthera said, blinking a lot.

"Come on. We need to protect your eyes" Blu Tembo helps her up.

"I'm fine. My eyes are strained. I just can't do that power again. It doesn't work through undergrounds or far out of range" Panthera said, still adjusting her eyes.

"Oh boy," Blu Tembo said.

"Find her. I'll catch up with you" Panthera said.

"Got it" Blu Tembo runs to join the others.

In the mines, Ladybug used a flashlight to find Cerise. The tunnels could go everywhere but it's easier for a person to get lost and no way in or out.

"I don't like this, milady. It's supposed to be forbidden. Unless our favorite bitch is one of those cataphiles" Cat Noir said, shuddering at the sight of rats, "And I hate rats when I see one"

"We must stop her as soon as possible," Ladybug said.

"I'm worried about Panthera. Tembo said that her superpower almost harmed her. We gotta turn back, milady. These tunnels are like a maze and too much decay down here" Cat Noir said.

"You're right Kitty. Let's call it a day" Ladybug agreed.

"And get away from these rats. I rather eat mice than rats for lunch" Cat Noir shuddered at hearing the rats squeaking.

"Yeah, they better not carry the plague," Ladybug said.

Argos couldn't capture Chrysalis but he did grab the siren seashell necklace that controls its power. Though too close made him go in a trance again, not even the headphones were protecting his ears from hearing it. Once she was gone, Ryuko snapped him out of the trance.

"She got away," Argos said with disdain. He dropped the seashell and stomped it to destroy it.

"But at least you're free from the trance," Ryuko said.

"Why is being a man so difficult?" Argos held his head.

"I wish I could answer that," Ryuko said.

"And they always say ladies first in everything," Argos said.

"At least we got the animals back in the zoo," Panthera said, trying to ease the wound on her stomach, "Agh, it's nothing. I just got wounded from the glass shard back in Japan. I'm fine"

"I think you should rest, Panthera. It's gonna leave one ugly scar there" Blu Tembo said.

"Clawws, let's rest" Panthera detransformed to Luna, checking her wound that had a wrapped bandage cloth on her stomach, "Dad is gonna kill me. He's already back in New York while the raptors are being studied by your French scientists"

"A dinosaur whisperer" Argos snickered.

"Shut up, bird brain. You're still punished by me" Luna strained from the wound.

"Luna, please" Blu Tembo replied.

"Well you're an elephant whisperer" Argos looks at him.

"Yep, I considered them at the sanctuary family," Blu Tembo said.

"And I love animals I care about in my home country," Luna said.

"Why do you hate mischief so much?" Ryuko asked.

"Because your boyfriend reminds me of someone who manipulated me very badly years ago. Taking credit, lying, and a lot of mischief like him. I can never again make a new friend. So instead, I trusted animals instead of people" Luna explained.

"Until I saved her from Chloe," Blu Tembo said.

"And I also cannot stand heartless people like her thinking that torturing innocent people is entertainment," Luna said.

"Chloe has been annoying as usual. We all know she's exiled. I knew she wouldn't last that long" Argos said.

"But that still doesn't teach her anything, Argos. She threatened me and my family. Her mother insulted us" Luna said.

"What?!" Argos was shocked.

"Yes, So I had to step in as Panthera to prevent my mother's restaurant from being shut down," Luna said.

"That's brave of you," Ryuko said.

"Thanks but I still did not get my justice from her. Not even a restraining order to keep her away from my family" Luna said.

Ladybug and Cat Noir found them, "We lost her but Panthera's power led to the Mines of Paris. It's a forbidden area" Ladybug said.

"Luna" Cat Noir can see his favorite fan is still in pain.

"Hey gatito" Luna said.

"You're hurt," Cat Noir said.

"Nine lives, gatito. I'm fine. Did you find the location?" Luna asked.

"Yes, but it's too dark," Ladybug said.

"Isn't Mines of Paris forbidden?" Blu Tembo asked.

"No one is allowed in them. And no one would survive that long inside them" Ladybug said.

"No air I assume because of decay" Ryuko guessed.

"Yes. Hence why she's more out than Gabi was" Ladybug said.
