As the Paris duo heroes returned home, Adrien was glad that his mother trusted him with the cat miraculous. It was just like the bedtime story his mother reads to him. But now this time, he gets to be the Cat Noir from his childhood story.

"Well Mom, I called myself that in honor of that story," Adrien said.

"Indeed, you did. I was worried about where you have been, sweetie. You almost scared me" Emilie kissed his head.

"I was helping a Spanish woman and her family in New York City from Chloe and her mother" Adrien explained.

"Oh, her. The story you told me about their tyranny. I was hoping they would think about their actions" Emilie said.

"But they didn't. But there's one problem, we have to be careful so Chrysalis doesn't get to us" Adrien said.

"I saw the news. Just be careful my sweet kitten. You became a strong man" Emilie said, realizing that she raised him well, despite that he's a senti-human hybrid.

"Thank you, Mom," Adrien said.

"So tell me all about Pompeii with my future daughter-in-law" Emilie teased.

"Okay," Adrien smiled and sat down to tell it all.

With Marinette, she was cautious that Cerise might strike at wherever she went. Pelle gave her training to never overthink too fast or she'll never find a solution to the problem. Especially trust her kitty and her team to make sure they don't fall for manipulation again. If the team gets oblivious again, Pelle told her to make sure they check their facts every single time, not hear what they wanna hear for themselves but to hear what others hear.

Little did she suspect that Chrysalis sent two akumatized villains to go after her. But then two illusions of Ladybug and Cat Noir whistled at the two akumatized villains to get their attention.

"Yoo-hoo! One Akuma is better than two! Don't you think, milady?" Rena Rouge controlling illusion Cat Noir said.

"I agree kitty cat. Come get us!" Illusion Ladybug said.

Marinette heard what was going on. She thanked Rena Rouge for it since she told her the story, "Tikki, spots on" She transformed into Ladybug and called Rena, "Nice work, Rena. Where are you taking the illusions?"

"Just somewhere unknown," Rena Rouge said.

"The Mines of Paris?" Ladybug guessed.

"Yeah," Rena Rouge nodded.

"Keep them distracted. Send Carapace to capture them in a shield" Ladybug said.

"You got it," Rena Rouge said and called for Carapace.

It didn't take long before Ladybug found two akumatized villains that were Alya's twin sisters who were akumatized as Gemini. Both got trapped in Carapace's shield and the akumatized sisters were arguing at each other like childish brats.

"Time to de-evilize both of them," Ladybug said and snatched the Akuma off them and purified the butterfly, "Bye bye little Butterfly"

The twin girls turned back to normal, "What happened?" They asked Ladybug and Carapace.

"You two got akumatized again" Ladybug explained.

"Rena told me your story, Ladybug. Chrysalis is a lot worse than him" Carapace said.

"Yes, she might strike again," Ladybug said.

Adrien came to his room when he saw Argos playing basketball, "Hi there my favorite cousin"

Adrien may have forgiven him when he joined the team but of course, he's still being the same annoying mischief pickpocket thief as always just to annoy him. Argos is unaware that Adrien is Cat Noir.

"I suppose you came back from your 'honeymoon' with Kagami in Tokyo" Adrien using air quotes.

"You could say that. After all, my dragon queen is one special girl" Argos caught the ball.

"So why are you here? Switch places with me again? Trouble creating a sentimonster? Or do you just like to annoy me to death?" Adrien asked, not amused with the bird's mischief.

"No, no, and mostly yes" Argos crossed the list but one, "Ever since your father died, there's a new Hawk Moth. She's dangerous and I'm sure you're familiar with this liar you told me about"

"Yes, Lila Rossi aka Cerise. Like I told you before, she is the daughter of Gabi and my apparent half-sister" Adrien said.

"So Ladybug or Cat Noir told you, huh? A shock to think that girl would try to kiss you but apparently you two are half-siblings" Argos shuddered.

"It was Cerise who revealed it and damn it makes me sick she touched me like harassment," Adrien said.

"I always knew your father was a bad man. You always thought he was being overprotective when technically he likes things his way in life. That's why I came here to give you a heads-up. Like if Cerise does this without you noticing" Argos held out the Marinette charm as an example of a pickpocket thief.

"Hey, give me that!" Adrien snatched it back.

"You see? You're not aware of your surroundings" Argos snickered.

"Your point?" Adrien glared.

"My point is you are not careful. Ever since you met Lila, you were so naive like a dumbass idiot to believe she craves attention when apparently she was manipulating you. If she's around somewhere in whatever disguise, she could find a way to separate you and your girlfriend apart. She's after her you know. You told me how she exposed that liar" Argos said, dribbling the basketball and tossing it in the hoop.

"I'm not letting her jeopardize my love life, Felix. But you jeopardized yourself. Marinette told me how she saw through you when you foolishly transformed in front of everyone. You were not careful either and secret identities must be kept a secret. Half of Paris knows who you are" Adrien crossed his arms.

"I know that," Argos said.

"Such a shame that our elephant friend can't erase everyone's memories of that," Adrien said.

"But he said he erased that bitch's memory of discovering their secret identities. So far, she can't remember it. But she does remember getting revenge on your girlfriend. If I were you, I would protect her from all girls" Argos tossed a monocle to him.

"What is this? You left this behind when you betrayed all of us" Adrien remembered.

"It's not just a monocle. Think of it as a spy agent. That's how I discovered your dad's secrets. It can also do an X-ray to see through disguises. I tried detecting Duusu but he said that technology can't detect kwamis" Argos said.

"This might be to some use to find Cerise," Adrien said.

"And that's what worries me, cuz. I may be a graduate student at a young age but that was before my cruel father was alive. I decided to register for your improved school. To be with my queen to make sure she doesn't get akumatized again. I don't want her feelings to get the best of her, clouding her judgment again from that liar" Argos growled lowly by throwing the ball in the hoop hard.

"Good. Together Cerise doesn't stand a chance" Adrien said.

"And make sure Marinette doesn't become endangered. Cerise is very good at manipulating anyone to get what she wants. You once told me she and Chloe destroyed the real career forms and replaced them with fake ones. Except Marinette's" Argos then takes a seat on the couch, "Your friends may have seen who she really is but not everyone else saw it. Every time you try to explain like before, no one sees evidence or proof"

"Indeed. I just fear the worst that could happen" Adrien looks through the window, "My father has lied to me all along" He held out the old photo of Gabi and his family in a French fry restaurant, "He pressured me to be an Agreste so it can be like I'm his younger version. That selfish bastard lied to me!"

"He lied to everyone as well," Argos said.

"That explains why he wanted Lila to co-model with me because he recognizes her as his long-lost daughter. That son of a bitch!" Adrien shouted.

"Of course," Argos said.

"We both had terrible fathers and my mom fell madly in love with a fraud," Adrien said.

"Indeed," Argos said.

"Our moms came from aristocracy. My mom gave up on her wealth to be with my dad. Just like I gave up on being a model, to be with the girl I love. Until my dad had to forbid me but my mother would've wanted me to be happy. My father's grief turned into madness" Adrien processed a lot by being raised by a father who was a madman and a fraud, "Why can't I just be who I am instead of being lied to a lot?"

"Good question. You know my father hated me a lot, going as far as calling me a monster" Argos said.

"Our grandparents chose the wrong man to marry your mom," Adrien said.

"Yeah, he tried to kill me as well" Argos replied.

"Our dads did not know how to love. I'm not like my father but you almost became like your dad when you used the miraculous out of hatred. Hatred fuels the fire, Felix. And fire burns everything" Adrien said.

"Yes. While your dad used them as mere slaves" Argos said.

"Of course," Adrien said.

With Marinette, she looks at the pictures of the world below with all dinosaurs and prehistoric mammals. She transferred the pictures from her bug phone to her iPhone to keep.

"An unforgettable trip, best to keep secret from the modern world," She said.

She checked her computer and saw a new blog created by Luna Cantillo. She calls it the Cat Noir blog where she posts all pics of Cat Noir and his lady saving the day from the previous Akuma attacks.

"At long last you got more fame, Kitty" Marinette said.

"Hola, amigos. Here I am with my first blog. Cat Noir, the famous and charming gatito in Paris along with his partner Ladybug. Saving lives and stopping the Akuma plague for nearly a year has put an end to Monarch's tyranny. Stay cute like kittens!"

Marinette snorted that Luna does love cute animals, especially cute little kittens, "Lucky guy" She chuckled.

She scrolled down the pics of Cat Noir's previous trademark moves he would always use. Including one of him posing like Black Widow.

"Such a poser, kitty" Marinette chuckled.

The video of Cat Noir already had 500,000 views. Especially his cat pun videos for laughs, "Hello my kittens. I'm so happy to see my meowvelous fans. Meow. I'm litter-ally just settling down with a glass of milk" Cat Noir gulps his glass of milk, "Gotta get my nine lives straight from all the times I save my lady"

"Heh, his puns never cease to amuse me" Marinette chuckled.

With Adrien, he had to let Argos stay a while since he couldn't sneak in to see Kagami because of Tomao. He was scrolling down Luna's Cat Noir blog she made along with her layout design of cat paw prints.

"Hmmm, looks like the Cat Noir blog is getting more views," Adrien said.

There were pics of him and his lady and a few with Blu Tembo and Panthera. His favorite pic was of Cat Noir and Panthera doing the claw hands to attack pose.

"Looks like Cat Noir, Ladybug, and those two make a good team," Felix said.

"Mmhmm. But Blu Tembo and Panthera have their own duties to protect their countries" Adrien said.

"Oh yes," Felix said.

"And look. She's got you in there with Cat Noir. Funny that he is pretending to catch you as his prey" Adrien chuckled.

The video showed Cat Noir sneaking quietly to Argos like a predator to catch his prey. The kitty quietly crawls on all fours, not making a sound to spook his prey.

"Wait for it," Adrien said and they saw Cat Noir pounce on Argos.

"Agh!" Argos grunts from getting tackled, "Jeez! What the hell, man?!"

"My prey!" Cat Noir laughed.

"Don't eat my lovely feathers. I just cleaned them. Get off me" Argos pushed him off and the video ended.

"Wow, not every day a cat defeats a peacock," Adrien said.

"Ha ha," Félix laughed sarcastically, "That Latina woman knows my mischief because that cat had to tell her everything. I admit, she had great Spanish food. I just thought Latina women are scary when angry"

"Mmmhmmm?" Adrien smirked.

"Okay! I get it! Never make the world see me as an enemy! Lesson learned! Boom! Done! End of story!" Felix gets the picture.

"I know. But now it's Cerise's turn" Adrien said.

"Heh, that Latina woman just likes to teach me a lesson. She made me have a photo with Cat Noir as a sign of predators and prey to be friends" Felix scrolls to the photo of Argos and Cat Noir together.

"Ah yes, though tigers hunt peacocks in real life," Adrien said.

"That Latina woman sure is a big fan of that cat. I'm surprised that I got no fans yet" Felix said.

"That is if you learn to be a good bird instead of eating akuma butterflies like all the time before my father died," Adrien said.

"Of course" Felix nods.

With Cerise, she slams her fist on her desk, "Another victory to the heroes!"

"Sorry mistress but I keep telling you," Nooro said.

"If I can't defeat them with Akuma, then perhaps a kidnapping of Cat Noir's princess" Cerise then got the idea of kidnapping Marinette.

"ENOUGH!!!" Nooro just had enough of her, "My former master has tried everything and failed so many times! So will you! Enough is enough!" He yelled at her to stop this madness.

"You can't leave me, you serve me!" Cerise yelled.

"I do serve you but I cannot stand the same attempt my master did and he went insane. You're doing exactly like him! Using the miraculous for evil will never help you succeed! Either let it go or face the consequences!" Nooro said.

Cerise just stares at him for a moment.

"Your grudge has blinded you already. Grudges allow you to reproduce your hurt feelings and feed the anger that wants the other person to feel pain. Blinds you to better ways. You may find yourself doing exactly what hurts others if you don't forgive and find no healing. Ultimately, you can become the worst version of yourself by trying to feel that you have not been a victim of their mistakes. Holding a grudge can often lead to focusing on the negative, which can prevent you from living a life of gratitude and joy. My master has been grieving longer instead of moving on. His madness led him to his demise" Nooro explained but knowing her, she never tried to change because she doesn't do lectures and likes to manipulate anyone to get what she wants.

"Maybe we should stay out of action for some time" Cerise sat down.
