Kichiros POV

After scaring off the gang members from fighting one another, me, Shia and Shizu regrouped

"So. What was that all about?" I asked the siblings.

" I-I don't know. He said the name of another girl when he meant me. When he realized what he had said, he ran away. He looked upset.." Shia explained

"Like a boyfriend who had just confessed that he had been cheating" Shizu joked

" Dude... Not now" I said to Shizu

" Y-yeah... Sorry." He apologized shamefully looking away.

" What name did he say?" I asked Shia.

"He called me, Tsuki. He sounded energetic at that moment" Shia explained to me.

"Okay... I need to talk with uncle about this." I said to myself

"Well what about him? Shouldn't we look for To- I mean Mr. Black. Or should I call him Troy?..." Shizu asked himself.

I smiled at his easygoingness. It was one of the things that made him unique

I was worried about Shia though. She looked really upset.

I was distraught at this too if I'm being honest.

I thought we were his team. But does he just see us as replacements for the ones he lost?

Something didn't seem right though. When he talks about them, he talks as though they're dead. Yet when uncle speaks of plans for the future, he says that he has to find them.

What made even less sense is how and why they got separated in the first place. They're wanted by the Japanese government, but it still didn't make sense.

Can we even trust him?

" C'mon. Let's head back" I said to the others smiling.

" Yeah!" Shizu replied.

Shia just followed as we discreetly made it back to the junkyard

After 20 minutes of walking, we made it back.

" Hey Uncle!" I called out for him. I found him sitting at the kitchen table full of food.

" Welcome back. I assume the mission was completed?" He asked us

" Yep! We scared the off real good!" Shizu answered.

" Man Uncle, you sure went all out" I said taking a seat on one end of the table.

" Of course. I ordered take out to congratulate you all on a job well done" My uncle answered. "Got your favourite"

I looked at all he had set out. It was a mixture full of western and Japanese cuisine. Pizza to noodles, Burgers to pork buns, Fried chicken to dumplings, Caesar salad to spring rolls. Even my favourite, Apple pie to moon cakes.

"So? What are you waiting for? Dig in!" Uncle told us

" Yes!" I obliged literally digging into the large amount of food.

Shizu joined me in also digging into the food.

" Oh. And, where's Tori?" Ray asked.

It was at that moment that me and Shizu slowed down.

" He ran away..." Shia answered

" Hm? He ran?" He asked.

Shia looked down

" Yeah. He ran when we were nearly done the mission until... He said the name of a girl..." Shia continued

"I see. Let me guess. It was Honey, Rosé or Tsuki?" Uncle asked us

" Yeah. It was Tsuki..." Shia answered

My uncle sighed at this news.

" Uncle. What exactly happened to him, his friends. How did he even meet you. Why were they being chased?" I asked him.

" I guess. I have no choice" Uncle said lighting a cigarettez

For the next hour, Uncle had answered all of my questions I had previously asked. We learned about everything that had happened. Who Tori really is. Who were these friends of his. Who team HRTT was. What the set out to do. How they met Uncle. And who they were fighting against, along with what they were fighting for.

"So. D-Danganronpa puts the losers in a coma... Only the survivors can leave?" Shizu asked.

"According to Rosé, that is the case. The public isn't made aware since the survivors appearance are hidden in the real world to blend in. That's why you didn't recognize Tori at first. But, when they said alter/ keep them hidden, he looks exactly the same when he revealed his identity to me" Uncle answered

"Yeah. That part is true. He looked different when we didn't know who he was, but when we did, it came full picture" I added.

" T-that's horrible..." Shia muttered

The three of us turned our attention to her.

"He lost everyone, everything he cared about. All because of a stupid show. He's been fighting for us to end the show. He and his team. They've all suffered so much. It's not fair to them. They're heroes!" Shia exclaimed in sympathy and frustration.

"You're right. They are fighting for you. But they are not heroes. There is no such thing Shia. Tori and his team understood that." Uncle said to her

And they were punished

Later on

I sat in my room on top of bed, parallel to one of similar structure. I was scrolling through my phone trying to find more information on the members of Team HRTT. When I made it to Toris profile, I found something really interested.

I was about to research more until.

*Shuuuck*

The window in the room had opened as a figure came through

"So you're back." I said to the recognizable figure.

"Um... Hey." Said Tori

I put my phone away and sat towards him.

"We... Need to talk. Let me go get Shia and Shizu" I said to him as he settled down.

Eventually the four of us sat in the room of lime green walls, lighted by a lamp.

Tori and Shia sat parallel to me and Shizu.

"Where did you go..." Shia asked him.

Tori looked down as he conjured an answer.

"I... needed to think..." Tori answered

"Think about what. Honey, Rosé and Tsuki? Also known as the other three members of team HRTT" I asked him

"How do you?-... Ray told you guys everything didn't you..." Tori muttered

" Well I wouldn't say eeeeverything. Just the stuff about you" Shizu answered.

"..." Tori expressed

"We know about Danganronpa too" I told him

"Wow. Guess that is everything" He said.

"Tori. We don't judge you or hate you. But we need you to talk to us. What is going on with you?" Shia asked him.

Tori took a deep breath as he prepared to answer

"I was born in North America. More specifically Canada. Before even entering the game, I was left by my parents. It was since I was a baby. I only managed to survive by a kind lady taking me in. I called her grandma even though we weren't related. She loved me and I loved her. However, when I was around eight, she came down with a lethal sickness. She died. And I was alone. For the next six years, I survived by stealing. I was weak so I couldn't fight against those wanting to steal from me. Everything changed until I had enough. I sent a request to Danganronpa to be put into Danganronpa season 51. I got in. They flew me to Japan to be put in the new season. By the time I was seventeen, the game had started. Only I and one other survived. Tsuki and I made it out, but I was released from rehabilitation at the facility first. After that, I got in contact with the Danganronpa resistance. I worked for them and eventually met a candidate for season 52. I befriended her before the game and kept in contact even after. Me, Tsuki, 52 candidate and another became quick friends. It was perfect for half a year. But then, I had to go to america. Then, when I heard that season 53 had finished preparation and the 53 cast were being awakened, I came back. Thats when our story began. I was sent on a mission by the resistance leaders. Those three accompanied me. Thats when we formed team HRTT. I was the planner, Honey was our sense of support, Tsuki was our translator and Rosé felt more like our leader than me. You know the rest"

"Jeez... I... Wow man. That's intense..." Shizu commented

"I'm sorry about your "grandma"..." Shia said placing a hand on his shoulder

" Tori... What do you plan to do?" I asked him.

" Kichiro, you should show some more sympathy" Shia told me

I ignored her and faced him

" Tori. I need you to look me in the eyes and tell me, what's your plan?" I asked. "Can we trust you?"

"... I want to try getting into the Metal Continent again. That's where the plan was heading. Rosés brother said she was returning home. It's only fair for me to think she's there" He answered

" What about the others?" Shizu asked.

"I.. I don't know about Honey and Tsuki. But... It's all I got. I have to believe that they're there as well. I... can't abandon them. I need them..." Tori said

"So please" Tori said with a weak and shaky voice as he clasped his hands together and teared up in front of us.

"Help me...." He said to us.

It felt odd seeing someone like him like this. I heard he was an ass in the game and postgame. But this side of him felt, helpless.

"Of course" Shia said to him. " I'll help you anyway I can!"

"Same goes for me dude. These guys sound like a lot of fun. I'd love to see the metal continent as well" Shizu told him

I wouldn't do this for most but. He. He's different

"Count me in too" I told him.

"R-really?" He asked us.

"Yeah. I want to help you. You're my friend now. And I'll help my friends in any way possible. Besides, even though our time at the Danganronpa training centre was two weeks, I like these guys too" I answered smiling.

He smile back at us like a child who was just told he was loved by the one of their heroes.

"Thank you. All three of you." He thanked us.

"We're with you"

" This should be fun"

" We won't let you down"

" And guys... I'm sorry. Especially to you Shia. I... It was wrong for me to doubt you guys and see you guys as just HRTT 2.0. You're-... We're not. We're our own team. We! Are team Tori, Kichiro, Shia and Shizu. We are team TAMS. The ones who are going to tame the metal continent" He said to us pumping us up.

Tori's POV
I felt it again. A strong connection with people.

It wasn't like with HRTT. It was something equally as great and wonderful as that feeling with them.

This, was the start of my time with my new team

For the next month and a half, I prepared for our operation

" To the Metal Continent RE:"

Hold on tight. Honey. Tsuki. Rosé

We! Are coming for you.
