Kaedes POV

I was being escorted to what looked the centre stage of the production district. Normally this location was shut off to us now they're letting me in.

I have a bad feeling about this.

They sat me down in the front row. Next to me were the others excluding Kokichi and Miu who were still hospitalized . I couldn't even try to make eye contact. I still feel so un easy around them now.

I could feel Shuichi's eyes darting on me at that moment but didn't bother responding. I don't know how what I would say or do.

Eventually the lights shone down on the polished wooden stage.

Kodaka slowly walked down on towards the centre of it. He smiled at all of us but it felt like his eyes were darting directly into my very being. I didn't show any fear outside but I was screaming on the inside

" Welcome everyone! I'm sure you are all wondering why I gathered you here?" He asked the crowd of employees

" Thats an understatement"

" I am here to announce my temporary leave" Kodaka announced

You could here the murmurs of the crowd wondering what he meant.

" Now where I am going is strictly for business. We can potentially get a whole country!" He stated.

You could hear the crowd of employees cheer at this revaluation

" A whole country? He already has Ronpa city close to home. Why would he need a country? I doubt he would have the ability to lead it"

" Yes! This is a great expansion of our franchise! A country full of killing games to beat despair!" He cheered

" Wait, a country wide killing game?? Is that what he's planning"

" Once I get permission, we will move to the country and start building!" He stated with a twisted smile

I stared around me to see everyone's reaction. Everyone like me kept a straight face. But I could tell they were as scared as me. I had to ask

" And sir?" I asked raising my hand as the cheering died down

" Yes Ms. Akamatsu?" He asked me with a fake gentle smile holding malic

" Where exactly will this county be?" I asked

Kodaka grinned at me closing both his eyes

" Isn't it obvious? The continent the country will be in and be hosting the meeting"
