On a six story apartment building

" Tsuki trust me! I'll catch you!" Tori screamed from another building facing the girl in pink.

" Last time you told me to trust you, I had to cut my hair for the first time in 3 years!" Tsuki exclaimed from the other building.

" We took out the fire didn't we!?" Tori responded with a question. " Only because Ms. Asahina came in with four buckets of water!" Tsuki retorted.

" We slowed the process?" Tori responed. " We accelerated it! With my hair!" Tsuki screamed. " Look! It's only 6-8 feet apart! You'll make it!" Tori stated to the girl. " What if I fall!? It's a six story drop!" Tsuki said to Tori.

" You won't die!" Tori answered. " But I'll get hurt!" Tsuki responded.

Tori sighed as he turned his back to the the girl and walked the opposite direction.

" A-are you leaving me?" Tsuki asked.

Tori turned around as he did a sprint and jump to the opposite building landing directly next to her.

" If I can do it, so can you" Tori stated.
"Hatsune didn't build those shoes just for show" Tori explained.

Tsuki looked down with his statement.

" Look. Just believe you can do it and it'll happen" Tori said to her. " And if you fall, I promise to catch you" he said with a smile placing a hand on her shoulder.

Tsuki looked up and smiled at the taller boy. " Okay. Let's give it a shot!" She said determined to the make the jump. " Atta girl! Just pretend theirs bubble tea on the other side and- "BUBBLE TEA?!" Tsuki exclaimed

Tsuki's shoes glowed a very light shade of blue. She executed her jump and jumped 20 feet into the air and landed exactly 16 feet away from Tori.

Toris jaw dropped at this scene. Tsuki was breathing heavily after she landed.

" Sis! That was amazing!" Tori commended her. " WHERE IS IT!?" She asked as she got on all fours and looked for the bubble tea. " Oh god..." said Tori.

He prepared his own jump. As he jumped Tori felt a a disturbance. He felt a bullet graze his right calve. Tori hissed at the pain.

Suddenly a bind of sorts was thrown at him

" What the- AHHHH!" He screamed as he plummeted six stories down towards the ground.

" Big brother!" Tsuki screamed as she watched the boy fall.

Tori fell straight into a trash bin but showed no signs of being hurt.

" What a relief" Tsuki calmly sighed. Tori stumbled out of the trash bin, hands tied by a rope.

" Okay. I'll ask. Who the fuck did that?" Tori asked as he looked around in circles.

Tori then began to hear footsteps approaching behind him. Tori quickly turned to face the source.

" Huh?" He said as he saw the figure. He saw a blue, short haired woman, about 5'5 wearing a red blazer in black heels. For pants she wore shorts. The woman had duel coloured eyes of orange and green.

" Jeez someone has a really bad fashion sense" he thought to himself.

The woman then smirked at him.

" Impressive how you managed to survive that fall unscathed" she commented. " It's called luck!" He grunted trying release himself from the bind. " I suppose you're right. Normally I never miss~" she said with a sly accent as she pulled out a 6 round pistol.

" Big bro!" Tsuki called out. " What are you gonna do? Shoot me? I don't believe we've met before?" Tori asked the unnamed woman.

" Lucky for you, I just have to to bring you, her and your friends in" The woma stated. "Bring us in? Why?" Tori asked raising his eyebrow.

" Oh I'm glad you asked!" The woman smiled until it faded into a serious expression. " If I do recall, you and three others were in the city of Wakayama less than a week ago correct? There was a murder case at a local herbs shop. Security cameras show four people walking in at 3 different times in less than an hour. Shortly before you entered, multiple gun shots were fired. Only after a minute of you leaving, a man in black who was all bloody and limping left the scene. When the police entered, the owner was found to be dead, multiple shots in the head. Then, only several hours later, the police had reported a second murder case. The same bloody man who has multiple cuts and several gun shots through him was declared dead as well. The odd thing was is that you and 3 others were seen at both instances that same day" The woman explained.

Tori's eyes widened while Tsuki covered her mouth in shock.

The woman then pulled out a medium sized tablet and tossed it to Tori who caught it.

" W-we're wanted?" Tori asked looking up at the woman. " Indeed you are. I'm a hired bounty hunter who works for the Japanese government. You might be wondering why you four have a bounty. As you should know, for 17 years, Japan has had no murders thanks the creation of Danganronpa. You can imagine the shock when after so long, we finally have one. You four must be brought in" she said aiming her gun straight at Tori's head.

" Shit, Shit,Shit!" Tori thought as he attempted to free himself from the bind.

Tsuki was breathing heavily as her hands clearly shaking reacher for her weapons.

" Do not worry. I have strict orders to bring you in alive, but I can't have you running off now can I?" She mockingly asked.

" Thats it!" Tori thought as he flicked his hand.

From his right hand, a blade popped out effectively cutting the rope freeing his hands. The woman then shot at him. In a split second Tori ducked so the bullet would barely miss him. Tori retaliated by jabbing straight at the woman nearly shooting her.

" Ho? You're better than I expected" The woman spoke. " What can I say? I guess I do have a few tricks up my sleeves" Tori commented.

Suddenly, Tsuki bursted threw the door of the apartment she was originally on holding her closed fans and stood next to Tori.

" Took you long enough" Tori commented to the girl next to him.
" Sorry, got scared" Tsuki apologized.

" Oh! And this is the infamous ultimate princess of Danganronpa 51, Tsuki Hikari!" The woman commented.

" Big bro. Who is she?" Tsuki asked.
" Another bounty hunter. She knows about Wakayama and is working for the government" Tori explained.

" So. She's not with Danganronpa?" Tsuki asked. The woman chuckled at that response. " Danganronpa doesn't hire bounty hunters" the woman commented.

" You'd be surprised" Tori spoke getting into a fighting stance.

The women's smile faded once again.

" So. I suppose we're doing this the hard way then?" She asked the duo.

The siblings looked at each other and faced her again.

"More or less"
