France continues to fight, from algeria/tunis/north africa, & the rest of their colonial empire, etc. consquences/outcomes/etc.

what do the other countries do? colonial empires, like the dutch, etc. ? 

japan, ussr?

italy? spain?

the germans?  for one thing, they probably do not expect it; & do not develop the expectation that the war with uk/gb will end shortly.  this would affect technology r&d. it would also effect russia/ussr plans... ?

more new/funky technologies? from the french...-_?

germans:  v1, v2, v3 etc.? sooner/faster? jets? attack helicopters?

- & what about the oil in libya (etc.)? 

what happens to malta, corsica, etc. ? 

spain & gibraltar?
