let it out

    Pressure was brought onto my hand and the feeling of something wet dripping onto my cheek. Somehow, the warmth comforted me, though the wetness did not.
    I open my eyes slowly, looking up to meet what seemed to be cross. He was crying, his eyes were snapped closed as tears fell down his translucent cheeks.
    I use my other hand to gently cup his cheek as cross jolts from the sudden contact. He only cries harder while looking at me. I attempt to calm him, only making the situation worse. He falls face first into my chest, gripping at my hospital gown whilst practically screaming into the cloth.
    I gently stroke his skull, or what's seeable. I notice the chains attached to him as they start to fall through the floor. I gasp and hold cross tight. His figure suddenly became white, the chains coming out from inside the ground. Cross stops crying, staring at the chains and his hand in shock.
    Though, it didn't last long. More tears came faster and harder than he could handle. I sit up and cradle him. He still felt like a ghost but looked realistic in everyway. I nuzzle his forehead a bit, attempting to calm him again. He cried and screamed into my hospital gown. His tears stained my clothing but I didn't mind.
    All he did was cry, from midnight to dawn. Once the nurse had came in with my daily meds, the silver tray dropped out of her now shaking hands. She seemed startled that she noticed cross.
    Cross gripped the cloth tighter, scared of the nurse. I gently caressed his skull, looking up to the nurse who looked about to scream her head off. Everybody knew of cross's death, so it wasn't surprising. Cross let go of me and stood from the bed. He summoned a portal to a dark and misty place, somewhere everyone called the graveyard.
    Cross walked through, roughly wiping his tears and sniffling as the portal closed behind him. The nurse finally mustered a scream of terror and ran out of the room. Well, I guess i'm in trouble....
