A Girl For A Day Part 4 (Finale)
Hey guys, it's been awhile. Even though I'm currently no longer in the hetalia fandom I felt I owed it to you guys to finish this little mini series. I'm sorry it hasn't come sooner. Now without further ado I give you the finale!
———————————
It took some time explaining everything to Alexander and John but in the end they believe the girl in front of them was really the same person they had known all those centuries ago. "I...I just can't believe it." John said causing Amelia to laugh at his stupefied expression. Alexander wasn't saying anything just staring at her with the most dumbstruck expression Amelia had ever seen.
She had left Alexander Hamilton, a man known for stating his opinion whenever he felt like it, speechless!
"If reincarnation is possible, why shouldn't immortality?" America asked the two reincarnations. Alexander finally seemed to snap out of whatever trance America had to put him in. "It does seem possible with the fact that nearly everyone we knew is now living in the present as different people, so immortality isn't entirely out of the question. Are there more people like you or are you the only one? If so why are yo—" Alexander's ramble was cut off when his boyfriend slapped his hand over his mouth.
"So, I'm guessing Hammy hasn't changed at all." Amelia said drawing a chuckle from Laurens and a twitching brow from Hamilton. "No. No he hasn't." John said taking his hand away from Alexander's mouth. Alexander glared at the duo huffing as he knew he was outnumbered. "Ha, ha. You guys know you love me." Alexander smirked at them. "Hell Yeah we do!" John said kissing Alexander's cheek.
Alexander blushed at the sudden display of affection while Amelia was smiling at the couple. They were always so happy together but at the time, Amelia knew they couldn't openly love each other. So now that their together in a time where they can be makes Amelia happy. "Watch your language, John." Alexander reprimanded.
"You have no problem with cursing when you're insulting Jefferson's mother." John pointed out. America couldn't stop herself from doubling over in laughter at that. "Shut up!" Alexander scowled at them as John joined America in laughing. "You three seem to be getting along." A voice said which made Amelia and John slowly stop laughing.
Angelica, Eliza, and Peggy stood at the side of their table each of them bearing a smirk or a smile at seeing the final member of their family getting along with Alexander and John. Yes, they consider everyone (well not Charles Lee, King Charles, or James Reynolds) that had been reincarnated their family and now that America had finally come back to them she was the last piece of their enteral puzzle.
If the universe wanted them to be together, then who were they to say no?
"Hey Angie." John greeted the eldest Schuyler sister. "Eliza, tell them to stop making fun of me." Alexander demanded earning snorts from America and John. "Why?" Eliza asked the immigrant who squawked. "Because they obviously enjoy teasing me." Alexander answered.
"Oh honey, everyone enjoys teasing you." Eliza sent her husband a pity filled look to which he flipped her off causing her to laugh as well. "As charming as this is, we should probably show Amelia everyone else before the days over." Angelica said bringing silence among the group. "Oh crap I forgot about everyone else!" Amelia exclaimed in realization.
Peggy giggled at this remembering how America always used to forget things. Half the time Alexander had to remind him that he had a meeting with someone. "Well then let's go." John said as they stood up from the table. John clocked out and told his boss that he would be taking the next few days off as an old friend had just arrived in town.
John's boss was understanding letting him go without any protest.
And then they were off.

Turns out Kings College wasn't too far away from the café. A good walking distance that give them all plenty of time to catch up. Alexander and John listened to some war story Amelia was telling them from WWII. Before they even knew it, the group was standing in front of the entrance of Kong's College.
They stepped through the gates security giving them a nod as they passed. Immediately Amelia spotted a certain none opinion sharing man talking with a certain sock man and a certain Mac and Cheese loving man. Amelia smirked and pulled the group aside so she could whisper her new plan into their ears. Once she was finished, they all smirked at each other with evil glints in their eyes.
Amelia left the group and started walking over to where the three men were conversing. She stood behind hind Aaron Burr smirking as she initiated her plan. "Pardon me, are you Aaron Burr, sir?" She asked playfully. Aaron turned around at the mention of his given name. "That depends, who's ask-" Poor Burr didn't get to finish his sentence before Amelia clocked him in the nose with a right hook.
Aaron fell to the ground in slow motion holding in nose in newly found pain. Jefferson and Madison gaped at the sight before them while everyone else from the group was laughing their asses off. "Oh, sure, sir. My name is Amelia Jones and I'm not at your service, sir." Amelie smirked at Burr's pained yet shocked look. "What the hell?!" Jefferson said finally managing to get out of his dumbstruck state.
Ignoring Jeffershit, Amelia started to speak. "That was for shooting Alexander while I was in Europe. And I see you're still quiet as ever, Maddy." Amelia's words struck a sudden burst of realization in the three men. They recognized those sky blue eyes and that mischievous smirk but it couldn't possibly be him, right?
As if reading their minds Amelia smirked that mischievous smirk at them. "Yep it's me, in the flesh." Amelia smirked. Madison ran up to her and hugged her with Jefferson joining a few seconds later. Burr reluctantly joined the hug using one arm to hug the others and the other to cover his bloody nose.
The hug broke only a few minutes after it began because the rest of the group decided to reveal themselves. "Yo yo yo yo yo, what time is it?" A voice sang gleefully. Burr groaned knowing who it was. "SHOWTIME!" The group sang together. "Oh come on." Jefferson said but was sadly ignored. "Showtime, Showtime! Yo, I'm John Laurens in the place to be. Two pints o' Sam Adams, but I'm working on three, those redcoats don't want it with me, 'cause I will pop chick-a pop these cops till I'm free!" John's voice made Amelia smile while Burr, Jefferson, and Madison looked like they were just greeted with the most unpleasant thing in life.
"I think their happy to see you, John." Amelia said drawing a smirk from the mentioned name. "Yeah they look absolutely overjoyed!" Alexander agreed a strange glint in his eyes. Burr, Jeffershit, and Madison shivered at the glints they had dubbed 'pranking looks' a long time ago. Well at least the other two weren't he-
"Oui oui, mon ami, je m'appelle Lafayette. The Lancelot of the revolutionary set." A familiar French voice snag bringing dread upon Burr, Jefferson, and Madison. "I came from afar just to say bonsoir, tell the King casse-toi. Who's the best, c'est moi." Maybe it was just Lafayette but then again Mulligan was with him most of time but mayb-
"Brrrah, brraaah I am Hercules Mulligan! Up in it, lovin' it, yes I heard ya mother said 'come again!" Another voice sang. The trio knew they were screwed now that they knew all of their groups resident pranksters were now in the vicinity. "Ay!" John, Alex, and Lafayette cheered. "Lock up ya daughters and horses, of course it's hard to have intercourse over four sets of corsets." Hercules sang smiling.
"Wow." Amelia said smiling as almost everyone was here except maybe a certain general. "I recognize those eyes, mon petit aigl!" Lafayette exclaimed hugging Amelia. Hercules joined them when he realized just who Lafayette was hugging. "Alfred!" Hercules said happily.
"It's so good to see you guys again." America said happy that she was able to find her true friends after all these years. "As cute as this is," Angelica said causing the trio to break their hug. "We need to take Amelia to meet the General." Everyone else nodded though Alexander and Jefferson looked at each other disgusted when they realized they had both agreed on something.
So without further delay everyone set off to where Washington's office was.
————————————
They didn't except to run into a problem along the way. A problem named King George.
"Well hello there~, my angel." The former king purred grabbing Amelia's hand to kiss it. Amelia, rightfully disgusted, pulled her hand away from his before he could kiss it. "Uh.." Amelia had no idea what to say since not many people hit on her even when she was a guy. The revolutionary set looked pissed at the former King's flirting and stood in front of Amelia as some sort of makeshift protection.
The Schuyler sisters all looked ready to beat the light blonde haired man to a bloody pulp. "We have no time for you, George." Alexander stated catching the former King by surprise. "Get out of our way and go make out with Seabury." "Why? Everyone always has time for me~" The Former King purred. "Yeah well we don't now!" John snapped annoyed at the former King.
The former King was about to say something when someone shouted, "RUN!!". Surprised by the sudden yell, the former revolutionists ran right by the former King leaving him to yell at them about how they should respect royalty more. "You'll be back!" He shouted at them.
Yeah, no Georgie.
They all continued on their way to Washington's office but with make more caution than before. Lord help them if they run into another unpleasant person.
Meanwhile up in writing heaven the author was smirking evil knowing exactly what to do. She cackled evilly at the unsuspecting characters.
"Well, well. If it isn't the revolutionary losers and...who are you? You look took pretty to be hanging with these little push overs." A familiar voice sent goosebumps along the groups skin as they slowly turned around to see someone they wish would have remained dead.
James Reynolds.
The man looked just as smug as the day they met him. Why, oh why did they have to meet him now of all times? Alexander looked pissed to see the man who had extorted money from him while the more prideful people of the group glared at the pushover comment.
"Oh I'll give you a little push when I shove my foot up your ass!" Jefferson looked ready to thrown down with Reynolds only to be held back by Amelia. Jefferson looked back at the blonde haired girl annoyed only to flinch from her cold, steel glare. "You should've stayed dead." She seethed causing Reynolds to flinch at the sudden dark aura coming from her.
"Leave." Amelia commanded her glare intensifying with the word. Reynolds tried to get a word in but immediately stopped when he locked eyes with her he booked. It was like looking into the eyes of the devil!!!
Amelia started walking towards the direction of Washington's office but stopped when she saw no one else was walking with her. "What?" When she only received shocked looks she spoke again. "Come on, let's go." Everyone snapped out of their dazed states and they continued on their way to Washington's office.
This time though, they finally managed to make it without anything else getting in their way. When the group appeared in Washington's classroom, he was arranging papers. The former general raised an eyebrow at the sudden entrance but his eyes fell to a certain blonde girl. She looked just like him but it couldn't be...right?
"Hey General, sir!" The girl said then proceeded to salute him like she had done it many times before. Yep it was definitely him. Washington rose from his seat and walked over to the group. He hugged her knowing who she was. "I..I can't believe you're here.." He mumbled tears budding in his eyes at the fact he was hugging his daughter..well technically son but you get the point.
"Hey dad." Amelia smiled gently at seeing her long lost father after all this time. England was absolute trash compared to the man she was hugging. He had let her stay in his house when England kicked her out. He had given her food and water when he didn't need to. He cared about her.
Suddenly a warm, golden glow started to emit from Amelia. Washington pulled back in concern for his child. "The spell's wearing off." America commented smiling as Amelia slowly started to turned back into Alfred. The group watched in awe as their old friend appeared before them in his normal clothes and not the ones picked out by the Schuyler sisters.
"America.."
Maria walked in the room to see her old time friend, Alfred. He had consoled her when whenever Reynolds abused her. Yeah Maria changed her last name to Lewis when she was reborn as Maria Reynolds. She will never have the same last name as that monster ever again.
Maria ran towards him embracing him in a hug which everyone else soon joined.
Finally, after centuries of being separated they were all finally able to embrace their family. Tears were shed and shirts were ruined but no fucks were since they were with family.
Alfred's true family.
