Phase 5 Begins...

Neiv's POV:

Mom welcomed me and Chaahat back home in a traditional way.

I settled down on the living room sofa with Mihir, Dad, Karan, Mahir uncle, Maan while mom asked Dishani and Aaru to take 'her' to 'my' room!!

My throat dried up listening to it.
Shit!!! This is really happening 🙄😐

While we had food and drinks served in the garden area. Slowly Malu, Musky, Bela aunty and Maa joined us ..

While I saw Aaru and Dishani came down and 'she' wasn't with them. I wondered where she was...my eyes kept searching for her while I felt heard a soft voice...

'She ain't coming down any sooner lover boy'

And I see Malu trying to control her laugh while Aaru was leaning on Malu's shoulder and trying to control her laughter...

'Mrs Sehgal.. what is exactly soooo funny here'

To which she quickly replied 'Your desperation 😂🤣🤣🤣'

While this time Mihir and Vansh joined them both in a laughter fit...

While I felt a hand on my shoulder
..
'Heyy why are you teasing our groom here... He's probably waiiiting for someone... Big deaaaaal yaar.. He's I guess nervous' and I looked at Karan who probably has joined the Devil's Clan now 🙄

While I heard Nisha Bhabhi say...
'Neiv...she won't come here... You will have to go upstairs ...'

I looked elsewhere...damn I don't want to blush this is so not me!!!

While mom came to me and said...
'Neiv... what are you doing here??? Your dinner is sent upstairs..go have your meal with Chah... and ya... Be up early tomorrow morning...we have the Kuldevi Ma's pooja... I want you guys downstairs by 7 am...we are travelling to our ancestral temple.'

I nodded. And was about to leave while I heard a bunch of comments...

'All the best Bhai'

'Neiv doesn't need that yaar...he's our lion'

'Oh he's a virgin since years now yaar!!! You never know he may have forgotten how to you know.....ahhem Ahhem'

'Are so what our Chah is a lioness!!!'

'Bhai call me for any suggestions okkk'

'Dont worry Bhai...your room is soundproof'

🙉I literally ran away from there to the living room but somehow...I was quite nervous to walk upstairs...

There's so much happened in these many days...so many years of seperation... Although we were married and glad we were ... equations and dynamics between us had changed!!! It wasn't same as before and somehow I was feeling it all new and I was somehow nervous about this setup...

How should I approach her... what should we talk...however I somehow gathered guts and took steps towards...

Our room...

The minute I stepped into the room my mouth was wide open...

It was dim lighted...full of candles, roses on bed, floor everywhere there were floral decorations and the entire room was filled with fairy miniature lights and balloons...

The room looked like extra cheese overloaded one!!!

I nervously took a few steps inside trying to look for Chaahat... while my eyes fell on the window which faced her balcony...

She was standing there...

I had a smile on my face
..
While I cleared my throat to gain her attention and she turned around...

One look closer... Moonlight, her golden lehenga and her!!!

I was long gone!!!

Her big button like greyish mesmerizing orbs were piercing my heart time and again...

She was looking gorgeous... enough for a man loose his self control but I knew this isn't right!!! So I maintained my poise.

I didn't know what to say...

While I heard a 'Hi'

I smiled and said a 'Hi....'

'Ummm hungry?' I asked...

'Very' she replied...

'Ummm... Ok...let's have our dinner then..'

Saying I began to look at what was sent...

I saw there was some Paneer Butter masala, rotis, Veg Pulao, salad, some tandoori gobi and tikka followed by one laddoo 🤨!!!

However strange part was there was only one plate sent...

'Ummm... looks like there is only one plate...' I said nervously...

She nodded...

'Ill just get one extra...' I said while my eyes fell on a small note

'One plate and one laddoo for you babies of mine to learn sharing... Tonight don't fight and feed each other with 'LOVE'

And I looked at Chaahat who literally was looking quite embarassed.

I didn't know what was this emotion... It's not like I wasnt happy but this was all so much like 'arranged marriage!!!' types!!!

I saw her rolling her eyes nervously...

'Umm Chaahat...you eat...I'll ...I'll eat the roti...I will manage!!!'

While I saw her lift her heavy lehenga taking a few steps towards me...my heart was beating in my mouth with her taking every step towards me...

She passed by me...her fragrance literally drived me maddddddd!!!

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes...

Next she served food in the plate and sat next to me...

She made two partitions of the food in one plate and kept the plate between us on the bed and looked at me...

'Eat' she said softly.

Her voice like silk satin!!! How could I deny...

She took small morsels but her huge nose ring was annoying her...

I saw her struggling with it..

While I softly said...
'Why don't you remove it'

To which she said...
'I tried...but they have pinned it to my earrings and hairdo...I will probably be asking Dishani's help later'

She continued eating...but she was not able to take a morsel properly...

'Ummm... Chaahat... I....I can help...if you like...I mean... You can't eat like that...'

She probably thought for a few minutes and agreed...

She went and stood infront of the mirror and I stood behind her...

I looked at the gorgeous woman infront of me who now was my wife 💖

I slowly unpinned her veil ...it had like 20 pins and finally it came off...

She had a big bun covered with jasmine and rose and I inhaled the fragrance a little more while I slowly removed the flowers unleashing her long beautiful hair locks...

I always loved the silky softness of her hair...soft like cotton...

With the hair being unleashed the extra pins were unleashed and now I saw her quickly mumble a 'thank you' and began removing her earrings while I couldn't help but admire her via mirror...

She was beyond gorgeous while my eyes landed on the crook of her neck which had a thin mangalsutra hook while reality hit me again...

'She is mine!!! My wife 🙈'

I smiled at that thought while I saw her looking at me...

Our eyes met for a brief moment and she looked elsewhere...

Suddenly I felt...

'No...I'm making her uncomfortable!!! Stop!!!'

Damn!!!
This isn't going to be easy at all!!!

Dinner happened silently!!!

Post which the lone laddoo was kept there...

'You eat' she said

'You love laddoos...eat it' I said

'You love them too...eat it'

'Its motichur...'

'Fine... Wait...' saying...

She divided it into two pieces and because it was motichur laddoo it shredded ...

However we shared it together...

Post which I noticed... Her lower lip had a small particle of laddoo...I leaned a bit and cleaned it with my finger while I felt her breath hitch when I touched her lips...

This was getting awkward!!!
