'Why wasn't anyone's phone reachable??? You know how much I tried calling everyone...I was panicking a lot when I was not able to talk to you folks... Specially my baby-boy...' saying Di kissed Aahir's cheek and he was sleeping peacefully in her lap ❤️

My little one was too attached to Di... probably because she was the only one besides Mihir since childhood with me here... Mom Dad  couldn't travel while he was born due to travel restrictions caused by Corona Virus times...now that lives are back to normal Aahir is too Posessive about his Wify just like me and Mihir...

'I am planning to leave tomorrow morning...' she said and I was shocked...

I tried convincing her...
'Di... Musky will hate you if you leave like this... Come on... stay na... Her wedding dates are also announced...10 days from tomorrow... please Di' I tried convincing her...

While Maan stressed saying...
'Please stay Di... Neiv Bhai is doing all the arrangements himself...it's our sister's wedding...we need to'

'Ill stay!!!' I said in one go!!!

And there was pin drop silence in the room...

His name...I don't know why...

I want to talk to him...I want to apologise...

Aarav and Musky exchanged rings...
As per GSB Konkani tradition Siya aunty offered jasmine, saree and jewellery to Musky...

Soon from a lehenga choli...she was dressed in a traditional Kanjivaram Saree with heavy traditional Jewellery and flowers...

Once rituals completed everyone was having their dinner but all the time my eyes were on one man who was all the time on a Bluetooth, talking to the interior decorator, handling the guests, entertaining people. 

I had a constant pride feeling seeing the way he was handling my Musky's engagement...

Like a dedicated brother in law...

I kept looking at him throughout the function...

I slowly emptied almost half the bottle!!!

Way more than my limit but I wasn't feeling sleepy...

I directly decided to bottoms up!!!

I ended up emptying 75 percentage of the bottle !!!

And fell on the bed... I have a habit of listening to songs while sleeping.. I was unable to find my phone...

So I switched on the tv which kept playing a famous bollywood song.... This one felt like a connection somewhere...
It defines what happens when...

My neck was hanging outside the bed...My body diagonal on the bed...

One leg resting on the headrest... other on the pillows...

While I kept banging my legs which had the heavy anklets to the head rest....

Neiv's POV:

I had a video conference call with my Dubai delegates which went for an hour almost.

Suddenly I was feeling tired..I thought of taking some fresh air...

So I decided to walk around the resort while the view on the other side of the resort was looking scary ...

I could see a lot of folks taking buckets of water and throwing at a building which was burning orange red in fire 🔥😯

I was shocked seeing the scary sight...
I ran towards that wing...
It was the South wing of the resort...Soon I saw Aarav who was helping the workers in putting of the fire....

I looked at Aarav and first thing I asked was...
'Is everyone safe?'

To which he said...
'Yes Neiv... don't worry... everyone is safe...this is a new wing it hardly had a few residents and my manager confirmed everyone is out...'

Raghav uncle was on call with the fire brigade who were on the way...

While everyone gathered here...

Receptionist said to Aarav...
'Sir... Room no 105 ...the lady is not here...'

Suddenly Bela Maasi yelled out...
'Chaahat???? Where is Chaahat???'

And my ears were alerted 😳
Suddenly Mihir said...
'Di left early...she was tired...'

While Aaru screamed...
'Mihir...Di stays in this wing... shitttt"

And next second Bela Massi began crying...
'Chaaaah....koi to meri bacchi ko bachao (someone save my daughter)'

And started running towards fire...but Mihir-Aaru pulled her back...

She was crying ruthlessly... loudly ...

I couldn't stand anymore...

I ran and jumped the fencing that was burning into fires and entered the  resort corridor while I could hear my mother screaming loudly...

'Neiiiiiv... Are you maddd... Devvvv stop him...this is not a joke...it's fire....Devvvvv' and she fell on her knees...

I shouted loudly saying...
'Ill be fine Maa promise'

And began running towards the staircase...

Her room was on 1st floor... I saw the staircase was igniting more and more fire...

I quickly picked a sofa cover from the coridor and began using it as a shield to put of fire and finally reaches first floor ...

By now the sofa cover had also caught fire...

I ran towards room no. 105 only to remember I don't have the keys...

I had no other go
..
I began kicking on the door...

Due to fire breakout the doors had already began getting weaker...

In three-four kicks the door unbolted and opened...

While I could hear loud music in the room...

I ran and picked her up in my arms while she slowly opened her beautiful... angelic hazel grey eyes and I was melting...

Her eyes kept looking at me in a state of shock while I was looking infront as I didn't want to meet those pair of deceiving eyes!!!
