Personality: Lava is a physically imposing, intimidating, scary guy. His resting face is almost angry or brooding in appearance, like he's constantly looking for a fight. This comes extremely in handy, however he can be a fairly good guy, at least to those who've earned it. He has no time for bullshit and for people who aren't important to his life. He will enforce what he needs to enforce and he will not be swayed - unless someone he loves is the culprit, in which case he struggles and gets soft. But Lava is naturally burly and gruff, and he's not very talkative. He'll respond with a grunt or gruff noise if that can get the job done, and his sentences are normally short and sweet. However, once you get that man to talk and open up, it can be hard to get him to be quiet again. When he's comfortable, he's full of deep belly laughs and jokes; his wit is sharp and devastating, his quips usually bordering on dark humor and dry sarcasm. Still, when he loves someone, or at least cares for them, he's always there for them when he can be. He can be quite gentle - in words and physically - when needed, and when it comes to romantic partners, he is like a big teddy bear. His words are sweet and romantic, his loves shown through acts of service and words of affirmation. He's always very proud of the people he cares about, or at least proud to know them, and he is very loyal - he will stand by them and do what is best by them. He is also a great worker - loyal, hardworking, dedicated, and surly. When he's working or on the clock, he's practically a different guy. Serious, gruff, imposing, terrifying. The way he handles weapons is with familiarity and something akin to affection - he's an expert gunman. But he's also physically skilled, and impeccably strong. It's hard to knock him down in a fight, and it's hard to beat him. Lava never, ever pulls his punches. He will shatter jaws, ribs, legs - anything - with a punch. If he is set to protect and defend, or let loose to attack, he will see the job done with little change to his conscience, and with no change in expression. He does what he needs to do, no matter what that is. His morals rest on that - no matter how bad an action that something is, he won't see it as bad if it's what is needed at that moment. For example, if he were to kill someone (not saying he has, necessarily) but it was what he saw was needed at that time, he will not feel guilt over it. If he sends someone into a coma, he will not lose sleep over it. If he does anything and deems that is was the only way (even if it wasn't, but he deemed it so), he will not be affected by it. He's an interesting guy, more complex and nuanced than he's given the credit for. People see him and assume one thing - he's big, he's scary, and he's dangerous. And many leave it at that and he lets them - it's not false, it just isn't the whole picture.

Likes: the people he cares about, loyalty, caring for those he cares about, his siblings, Haven, weaponry (he's a weapon's expert and a history buff on weaponry; he makes it his job to know every weapon on the market), training and working out, most of all being a dad

Backstory: Lava is the older half-brother of all the Wells siblings. He is also the only lycan. Being the first born, his view of his siblings is very different than they have. To his other siblings, everyone having different mother's is normal and something to be expected. To Lava it's something he struggles with. He sometimes resents his siblings for the normalcy they feel surrounding the circumstances of all their births, but Lava feels cheated sometimes. He was four when the next oldest was born, but even as a kid he understood his mother's resentment for the other woman - and eventually women - because she was the first. But she never left his father, she stayed despite that resentment, and she helped foster and grow the resentment in Lava. Lava hates his father, and he does love his siblings, but sometimes he hates them, too - his relationship with them is complicated. He loves his mother but his resentment for her has only grown since she left Sanctum, when he was 13 - though she returned when he was 22 and got back with his father once more - and it was then that he joined Haven. He'd had enough of his parents, and the recently eight siblings he now had, for he joined Haven mere months after the birth of the youngest Wells child. In Haven, he finally found his family, his support system, and his people. He took to training and soon surpassed it, enjoying the strength he was building up and able to use. He discovered his fascination with weaponry and the history and evolution of them, from ancient times until the present day - he knows a lot about so many weapons that many joke that he knows every weapon known to man, how to use it, and how to handle it. Due to this skill, and his physical appearance, he found his place in Haven when it came to the illegal arms deals. Sometimes there as muscle, other times overseeing the exchange, he likes his work - loves it, even. He can't quite explain why, he just does. He also loves the atmosphere and the family he found there. Despite all this, he does have a relationship with his siblings, though it is closer with others and more distant with others. Still, he does love them, but years of his mother's poison made it so their relationships have only started to build up within the last few years or so. He was always there for them when they sought him out, and if he caught wind that one of them - especially when they were kids - were found sleeping in a potted plant because they had no where else to go, he would get them and have them brought to his room at least for the night. But now, after years of working past his mother's poison - though he still has lots of progress to be made - he was finally in a place where tentative relationships could be formed. Closest with the next eldest - Hail - and oddly the youngest, Hurra, he has varying levels of closeness with them all. The chaos that is Typhoon grates his nerves, as does the rambunctiousness of Wild, but he'll be there if they need him.

Other: Lava hates his name beyond belief yet cannot bring himself to change it, so he asks to go by Wells, though some can get away with using his actual name, or Lav
He's had a couple serious partners, but as of yet no mate
He has a fifteen year old son named Achilles and a six year old daughter names Atalanta; he is no longer with either of their mothers, but he loves his kids more than anything and they are partly the reason he was able to start rebuilding those bridges with his siblings
He had Achilles when he was 17 with his first girlfriend, who was 16 - they broke up within two years of Achilles's birth, but they tried, and still coparent and remain friends; she has a wife who also helps raise Achilles
He also coparents with Atalanta's mother, who was his girlfriend at the time she got pregnant, but who broke up with him during the pregnancy, yet they remain civil and coparent with ease, but are not friends
He lives in a suite with rooms for himself and his kids, who stay with him for at least two weeks out of each month, but he and their mother's allow them to choose who they will stay with when, so it's not really a set thing
He's actually an incredible dad; the right balance of fun but stern - he found what works for all of them; he refuses to repeat the cycle of how his parents raised him
He is put on guard duty when needed by Haven, but he typically works with the weapons - transporting, selling, guarding, testing, handling

He took in his youngest sibling, Hurra, when she was 15 - so four years ago - and she stayed with him (more info will be provided on Hurra's form) until very recently; she may be the aunt to his kids but being so close in age, it's an interesting dynamic that often ends up more like siblings
