Personality: Ignatius is an entertainer at heart and expression. Upbeat and charismatic, it's fairly easy to fall for his charm. However, his entire life is a performance. A man of many hats and masks, it's hard to know the real him. Iggy keeps everyone at arms length, though he does succeed in tricking people into thinking they truly know him. While he does let some people in more than others, no one is getting through the labyrinth he has erected around his heart and soul. Quite mysterious, in that when people finally realize they aren't as close to him as they thought it's because they realize they hardly know anything about him. A man whose lies come off as unequivocal truth, the ease at which he lies isn't to be trusted - if one can ever pick up on it. However, the varying stories on his background and the rumors that swirl around him only add to the charming, alluring presence that Iggy puts forth. He's good at making people feel special, like they are the most important person in the world. Having a knack of unearthing people's wishes and desires, preying on the insecurities they never say aloud but are glaringly obvious to Iggy, he's truly nothing but an excellent con-man. A grifter, he slips between different personas as easily as breathing. A natural, his talents would be suited for the stage or in front of a camera, but his true talent lies in thieving, conning, and connecting. His cons can go on for as short a time as a few minutes, to years and years and years. Whatever he thinks will help him with his end goal, he will do. There are very few lines that Ignatius will not cross, but that's no bother to him. While his true desires, motivations, and concerns are kept solely to himself, he does have a true understanding of the human psyche, allowing him to prey on those vulnerabilities. While he does do bad things for the right reason, that's not always the case. Still, he typically targets those who deserve to lose everything, or people he just finds to be obnoxious assholes. A wandering, ever moving individual, he still plants some roots in the occasional place. A careful man, he hasn't gotten to where he is in life without making a few enemies. Still, he's too far in to turn back now, though he'd not sure he'd even take the opportunity to get out even if it was presented to him.

Backstory: No one really knows where Ignatius came from or where he goes when he moves on. He sort of just spawns in places, and despite just arriving already seems integrated and well-known in the community. He fits in anywhere he goes, truly. While he spent much of his life doing small cons here and there, he built up into larger cons. His first successful one was years in the making - he wooed a young heiress, made her fall in love, integrated into her family, proposed, then robbed her and her family blind on their wedding day. Then he vanished without a trace. That's his typical long-con, when he does it - wins over a rich woman, then robs her blind. Sometimes he'll even marry them - under a false name - but he always leaves them in the end. Smaller cons include stealing someone's wallet or watch on the street, or managing to get someone to transfer money to him instead of the intended target. He embeds himself in businesses, into family's lives - wherever and whatever he needs to in order to see the job done. Some have managed to track him down to hire him to run such cons, but most of it he does of his own volition. However, his public image is that of a wealthy bachelor who just travels the world looking for a good time. While his name is known, his face isn't, as he's a notoriously private person. No social media, no big public appearances, which makes his name all the more enticing when it gets thrown around. It also gives him an excuse to use false names, citing the need for privacy, or saying that Ignatius Copper is a stage name but not his legal name. It also allows him to fully reinvent himself, abandoning his name altogether, as well as the wealthy bachelor role, to embed himself in long-form or lower level cons. After all, he can't do that if everyone knows his face, his name. While he has come up with a myriad of backstories and truths, no one knows what is real and what isn't, including his actual friends. While conning people requires a certain level of anonymity, there are those who are privvy to his schemes and identity. Friends, as much as one can be friends when they lie all the time. Still, he trusts these people, who, despite knowing he is a liar who can't be believed, see him as a friend, too. Left to his own devices to do as he wishes, with some people he can drop his guard around - as much as he ever can - is all he really needs and wants. Having no plans to alternate lifestyles, he does sometimes get lonely. While he has run cons with others, he typically strikes at it alone. Still, perhaps one day he'll run a con for life - find the right woman and make a wife out of her, making himself into someone she can love and be happy with, whom he can be happy with, even if it's all a lie. Would it really matter, if she doesn't know it's a lie? If they are happy? It's something he thinks about.

Other: Iggy can flawlessly pull off different accents and disguises, he truly transforms
He travels with the Sea Dogs a lot though he isn't one of them; he is good friends with Fox, and Fox is the one who secures him with new identities and paperwork for his cons
Iggy is also known to employ the expertise of the forgeries that the Nightwalker's provide, as well as the Shifting Motors pack, and Dante Bonetti (owned and created by Saytrn01 ) - best to keep his business spread out so he is harder to track
No one even knows if Ignatius Copper is his real name, but it's the one that, at the very least, he presents as his real age
He can easily pass as fully human or fully supernatural, and he has done both
When he's inebriated enough he starts to get curious about guys and what it would be like to actually sleep with one - he has made out with guys, but to him kissing is kissing regardless of who it is with

Ignatius is mega-wealthy - like, nearly a billionaire kind of wealthy, only all his money and assets are spread throughout multiple identities and bank accounts
He actually donates and distributes a massive chunk of what he steals off people - his donations across the years has officially entered the billion range
He donates to all kinds of places and people - scholarship funds across the world, homeless shelters, hospitals, pet shelters, food banks, building houses and schools, funding medical research, funding political campaigns, investing in small businesses - name a cause and he's likely had a financial hand in it
He travels the world but mostly stays within the United States
If Iggy feels bad about breaking people's hearts and families and finances, he doesn't show it - he seems to relish in it, though it could easily be a front
He typically speaks with a Southern drawl, yet again no one knows if that's his real voice or not
