Personality: Quency is a fun-loving, relaxed, excitable guy. Which is quite the opposite when he needs to get serius; when he's serious, he is actually a little scary. Very good with people, Quency is loved not only by his pack, but most who meet him. Having been traveling to other packs for over a decade, he has a strong network of allies and friends across the country. Speaking of networking, he has also plenty of exes all around the country. Quency is an absolute flirt, but he also rushes into things sometimes. Jumps straight into a relationship, then that relationship ends very quickly. He was far worse as a teen or in his twenties, and now he has mostly learned his lesson, happy to keep things casual until he finds the person who will be his mate. Until then, he is content to keep having fun, flirting, and getting things done that he needs to. An Emissary for years, he has been serving as Beta for the past six years. He was chosen for a reason - well-loved, yes, when Quency is put to work, nothing will stop him. He is passionate, driven, and determined, and if he said he is going to get something done, he is going to get it done, whatever it takes. Less even-tempered than his Alpha, Quency brings a deep, unbridled passion to everything he does. Truly just happy to be alive, he appreciates every moment of every day, and lives his life as full as he possibly can.

Backstory: Quency was born and raised in the Sierra pack. Akin to a class-clown, he was well-liked from an early age. People listened to him, and he seemed to have a deep understanding of people, even if he just met them. Deeply connected to his emotions, Quency has always let those guide him, and so far he's been doing just fine, even if his heart has been broken so many times. Elected as Emissary when he was 17, he was an Emissary until he was 28, traveling all around the country and forming bonds and connections with other packs. Sierra may be an original pack, but they have a reputation as weak wolves, too connected to their 'soft' emotions, with no aggression or training. More like domesticated house dogs than wolves. Though this isn't truly the case, the reputation is one that has been around for at least a century now. It was Quency's job to make sure they were still taken seriously, and still had friends in the other packs. He was good at his job. So good, that when the Beta before him passed away - he had been the Beta to Rohan's father, then Rohan - Quency was asked to take over. He readily accepted. Though he travels less now, he still tackles this job with as much love as passion as he did being an Emissary. It's nice to be home, too, as he was hardly ever home in the time he was an Emissary. No mate - yet - he feels no rush. He's only 34, he has time. However, Quency is a deep romantic, but he also jumps the gun. He falls in love fast, to the point people believe he couldn't actually be in love, yet is convinced he is (and actually is). Think Romeo, in Romeo & Juliet, falling instantly in love. That's Quency. Only, since becoming Beta, he has managed not to jump head first into relationships anymore. He can't be a good Beta if his heart is constantly broken.
