Personality: Aisling is a very calculating, manipulative young woman. A chameleon, she blends in well, able to adapt to her surroundings. Most people don't know or realize she is manipulative, but she has her way of getting what she wants, when she wants it. While she doesn't automatically manipulate everyone she comes into contact with, she is savvy with those she is manipulating. An excellent actress, she may seem like one's friend despite being far from it. A sneak in her own right, a spy in her own right, Aisling has no hesitation when it comes to taking advantage of other people. She doesn't have any emotional regret over the fact - in fact, she experiences very little emotional regret about anything. She doesn't hold empathy for others the way most people do, and she often just sees pawns for her to use. However, for those she leaves alone - in that she doesn't go out of her way to actively manipulate them in a malicious way, though she still may do so for the sake of being their friend - it means she has respect for them, for whatever reason. Respect is huge when it comes to Aisling - without it, people are nothing. If they have nothing about them worth respecting, they are fair play for her schemes. Aisling is a very jealous individual, much like her eldest sister, and also quite possessive. Aisling is greedy, no doubt about that, and when she wants something or someone, she wants them all to herself. Taking well after her mother's lessons, Aisling learned all the ways to get people to come to her side. Whether just using charm, or a politician's skill, or her "womanly charms" as her mother put it, Aisling will stop at almost nothing to get what she wants. And she always wants. More and more and more, she just wants. Money, power, people, attention - she just wants. In charge of her pack's domestic policy, she has become a pillar in her community, in that she has strategically earned the favor of the most important, respected families in the pack. Aisling has all but hand-picked those who surround her, grooming many of them into loyalty, molding them to be as she wants them to. In some cases she holds genuine respect for some of her friends, but even then she appears as she must to keep them on her side. When she was young, she held little concern for her sisters. She loves them, sure - more than she loves most people - but her mother made sure she saw them as competition. Though that hasn't changed, Aisling is making more of an effort to reconnect with her sisters; less out of genuine desire and more so because they saying "keep your friends close and your enemies closer" holds truth to it. Truly more cold-hearted than people realize, Aisling is a threat that people don't know exist. And how can one defend from an unknown threat?

Backstory: Like her sisters, Aisling grew up under pressure. Unlike her sisters, she never truly felt it. The most like their mother, Aisling thrived under her tutelage. The clear favorite, always living up to expectations, Aisling had little reason the feel pressure. That, and she simply didn't care too much. She only cared when it came to getting what she wanted. Though distant from her sisters - and upset with them both for not appreciating their mother more - she molded her own friends. Though she ultimately - mostly - left her sisters to their own devices, Aisling still made it a priority to know what was going on in their lives. Sometimes making a true effort to connect, not even her sisters always know they are being played, though they know her manipulative nature better than almost anyone. Still, Aisling respects them more than she does almost anyone, and as such doesn't truly manipulate them with true malicious intent. However, Aisling suspects her eldest sister in the poisoning of their mother, and she does plan to get her revenge, but is willing to play the long game. Still, Aisling went about life making friend and foe alike. Though she has had plenty of intense falling outs with those she has manipulated - who are aware of it afer the fact - most people still aren't aware of how manipulative Aisling is. Easily able to twist truths, lie, blackmail, and scheme, Aisling has everything she needs to make sure her reputation remains golden. Aisling has had quite a casual life compared to her sisters, in that she has never had the same anxieties and pressures that they have felt. Aisling simply does everything she can to remain on top, to remain beloved, to remain doted upon, the remain adored. She wants all the power, she wants all the attention, and she will get it. She has most certainly caused issues for her sisters in their varying political realms - and she does play on Róisín's paranoia both for fun and genuinely for political reasons - and then swoops in with a solution. Slowly trying to chip away at their power, she isn't doing it as successfully as she has been hoping. Growing closer with Niamh is an attempt to take over some more of her power, but against her better judgement, Aisling is - shockingly - genuinely enjoying the time spent with her sister. Never having really bonded with people before, it's a truly new experience that is throwing a bit of a wrench into her plans, making her falter just slightly. Aisling visits her mother nearly every day, updating her, and still learning more from her. Aisling may have never said the words 'I love you' to anyone in her entire life, but she does love her mother, sisters - and sure, yeah, her father - despite the fact she doesn't want to acknowledge it. A believer that love has no place in her life, Aisling has never tried to foster genuine love. Those she has been genuinely loved - both earning it through manipulation and naturally - she never actually, really, feels it back. Though she does have that capability, it just isn't something that happens often. Aisling is the only Alpha of this generation truly clawing for power and fostering civil unrest, but her sister's naturally distrusting natures just add to it all. Though unaware just how much Róisín knows about her, Aisling has no plans of adjusting herself anytime soon. Possessive of her sisters when she thinks they are thriving without her, Aisling will step in to make them falter, assuring that they rely on her and stay in her life. Jealous of their successes and the way people naturally like them, Aisling has a quiet, unaddressed hope that one day she will find one, just one, person who will love her unconditionally, who will be loyal, and who she can be truly herself with. Far more similar to her eldest sister than she cares to admit, Aisling is definitely dangerous in her own way.
