Quil is a very quiet individual. He seems like the type that would remain to himself due to his quietness but he truly does enjoy being around people and the activities that surround them.
Quil, much like his sister, is an adventurous soul who enjoys going out and doing things.
Quil is somewhat of a paranoid individual but not in a sense of thinking he's always watched or anything along those lines. Quil is a strict rule follower and if he is forced to step out of line or pressured to it he will constantly think he's going to get in trouble.

Quil was the second born out of his triplet trio. Three minutes after his brother, out he came, though he wasn't brought to as high of expectations. Quil was taught at home how to deal in politics just in case his brother passed and the mantel fell to him.
Quil was a silent explorer as a child and would often wander on his own or be off with his mother when he was given the chances. Quil was closer to his sister than brother but overall, spent most of his time to himself.
Quil didn't make many friends growing up and would more than often receive bullying for a stutter he had.
Now as an adult, Quil is still to himself but he clings to whatever sibling or parent he can for comfort of company.
