Andreas wasn't originally born in Sanctum but rather the outskirts of it. When he was born he was brought to Sanctum and was adopted into the 'Shiner' family. Within the world of Sanctum Andreas was inspired at a young age by the artistic world surrounding it. When he was young he found himself making strange articles of clothing out of paper which eventually led to fabrics and needles and thread.
For many young years Andreas made his own outfits but when he turned eighteen his fashion skyrocketed when he introduced it to a larger company.
Branching off on his own with his own line of 'Twilight Fashion' Andreas exploded into the world of extravagances. For the past few years Andreas has gotten so high in the fashion world that his clothing lines branched across that of the supernatural.
Because of what he was surrounded by he ended up getting his entire personality morphed into that of the more upper class fashion world.
