Personality: Jubilee is a force of nature. She is quite the natural leader. She is self-assured, confident, and has just the right amount of bossiness in her to get what she wants. She is firm when she wants something, but she is also kind and open with friends and others. She takes no bullshit from anyone, and she stands up for herself and others. She isn't rude unless it's needed, and she can be bluntly and brutally honest when the situation calls for it. She is, actually, decent. Decent, not good, but decent. She doesn't do more than what is expected of her, except on occassion, and she only helps those when she feels she can or is in the mood to do so. She isn't a bad or mean person by any means, nor is she cruel and corrupt. If help is asked for, she gives it, even if it is begrudgingly or reluctantly. She is decent. But she is fun to be around. Good to those in her life, she cares for her own, and she has their back. She calls them out if she feels they need it, but supports them when the situation calls for it. Great with advice and confident in herself, it's hard for her charm and confidence not to rub off on those in her presence, too. She does have an eloquent way with words, and a smile that boosts her natural charm, which lets her get away with a lot and always has. A loyal person, she is good to have in your corner.

Backstory: Jubilee's life hasn't had many things of note happen in it. The younger sister to Mercy Scott by three minutes, she has never known a world in which her brother didn't exist. She was always bossing him around when they were little, and that hasn't stopped just because they are adults. A force of nature, she was always getting her way in almost every situation, either through charm or intimidation. She easily got herself out of trouble, with a mix of charm and some good acting, and then she would go on her way. The biggest change in her life was when she was 13, when they moved to the States. Jubilee had rebelled and screamed and raged at her parents for taking her away from her home and her friends, and to this day she still hasn't really forgiven them. Her heart still belongs to her old pack, but alas, here she is. Life wasn't bad, but it took some time to establish herself in this new pack, though the friends she's made from the pack she does love. Still, she keeps in contact with her friends 'back home' as she still calls England, and her best friend is still in that pack. Though, despite this split in her hear, Jubilee is deeply respected by her fellow pack mates and many suspect that Mateo Fairfield will pick her to be his Beta when he eventually takes over as Alpha. Though Jubilee would accept this position, and be damn good at it, part of her wishes he won't offer it to her, because she still has the hope in her heart that she can convince Mercy to move back home with her, though she knows he'll never leave so long as he and Mateo are together, and she isn't cruel enough to break them up.

Other: She speaks fluent French and English, and like her brother still speaks with an English accent, except when she's speaking French, in which case she has a perfect French accent (her father is French and they would holiday in France)
