The heart plays a vital role in our well being,
so it deserves our care and attention,
eating healthy, no alcohol or smoking,
are good for heart disease prevention.
A healthy diet should include vegetables,
carrots or spinach, also kidney or black beans,
it's also good to eat fish high in omega 3,
like salmon, tuna, mackerel or sardines.
We need to take good care of our hearts, having blood pressure checked yearly is always a good idea as is checking your cholesterol level. Exercise is vital, a simple 30 minutes walk daily is very beneficial. Eat healthy by avoiding foods high in saturated fats or trans fats, lean turkey or chicken are ideal with vegetables, avoid salt though. Quit smoking and avoid alcohol, all these will lead to a healthier heart.
