Hello dear readers!

I've never done tips, recommendations, or feedback book before. The most experience I've had is being a co-host and judge for the Magic Awards 2018. I'm human. I make mistakes. I'm not a paid writer, at least not yet! I continue to grow, learn, and improve my craft.

I want to be upfront.

Purpose:

Workshop: Tips, Suggestions, and Growth is inspired from my college experience. During creative writing class, we had workshop where we would read a person's short story. We provide what information we, as the readers, received like characterization, plot, organization, and more. Then we provide one recommendation to aid in what the writer desire to share within their project.

It's not about what the reader wants. I learned in those workshops that we provide feedback to strengthen the WIP (work in progress). Sometimes, the WIP is strong to begin with. We still provide a suggestion, which the writer can explore or dismiss the recommendation.

It's been a year since I've graduated. I miss this interaction.

Some days, I need encouragement. I desire feedback to make sure that what I'm writing is communicated towards the reader. The reader and writer communication is a beautiful thing! The writer develops one interpretation of their project whereas the reader sees the project in another way.

Therefore, I thought, why not create a workshop on Wattpad?

Wattpad gives us amazing feedback tools like votes, comments, adding to library, and so on.

Workshop is another tool. The suggestions I'll provide are not set into stone. You can take it or leave it. It won't hurt my feelings.
