When the League of Villains gets captured by pros, they whole world finds out just how young the members are. Most, not all, of the pros and authorities don't want to put the teenagers in prison, so they offer an alternative. Go to prison for the rest of their lives, or become UA students.

Super short description that isn't really a description, but just roll with it dudes. Also, everyone in the League is a teenager for this. Toga and Izuku are the same age, Dabi, Twice and Shigaraki are all one year older them. Unfortunately I don't think Mamagiri will be in this to much, if even at all.
