//Half of this chapter won't be a chapter, there is a reason: ANIME MAY BECOME ILLEGAL!!!! Okay, so when I mean that, I don't literally mean anime. Just Wattpad.

Yup, that's right, if this law passes, then Cosplay (even for things like Doctor Who, or SuperNatural or even halloween for little kids) will be illegal. Fanfictions, GIF's, Vines, AMV's, all of that will be illegal without the original studios condolences. The United States government thinks that us, the people do not give enough credit to the original companies.

If you haven't notice, I give full credit, I always add it in my Descriptions for my books.

So, Cosplay, Video's, Fanfictions, Doujinshi, and even websites for anime will be removed or will be illegal. Even video games like: Pandora Hearts, since there's a manga for it, Volcoid, and DRAMAtical Murder, because there's an anime for it.

You heard me. If anything, we are actually HELPING the companies by advertising their anime and getting interested into them. Here are 7 things to go against this outrageous law:

1.
Most people find anime through AMV's or other apps that advertise them and if that doesn't happen, then the anime won't get popular and won't make profit. If it doesn't make a profit, the reprucutions would be that the anime studio wouldn't get any money. If that happens, the Anime studio's could actually sue America.

Secondly, for a bunch of apps that only got popular because they make fan fictions or gifts or Amv's would loose all their people. A few apps (Wattpad, PageeWorld, YouTube, Tumblr, Vine) will also loose profit along with a whole shit ton of people with the apps and could also sue the American government for loosing profit.

Apps or amv's like the ones listed above actually advertise for animes basically. AMV's and GIF's are how I find anime (K Project, Iwatobi Swim Club, Assassination Classroom, Fate Stay the Night, etc.) and they are advertising anime. If the said person finds an interesting anime, they will watch it and if they like it enough, will buy it and the anime studio will get money. But without those advertisements, the anime can't get known or bought and anime won't get around/ get popular and bought and the studios won't get paid.

4.
Websites like Amazon will loose about 25-35% of their profits because people won't be able to buy anime merchandise and loose that money, leading to law suits and possible sues.

5.
Anime safe-havens (Gogoanime or KissAnime) will be illegal and people will be forced to pay for apps that made contracts with anime producers to display their anime. Most people cannot pay for this, causing anime profits to plummet.

6. ComiCon, PopCon and another Cosplay conventions will be Illegal as well. Not just for Anime lovers but for Marvel fans, DoctorWho, and SuperNatural, will also be un-eligible to hold conventions with cosplayers, leaving people who sold merchandise at this places to not get any profit.

6. Last but not least, places that hold tournament games that are in animes (Yugioh, BeyBlade,Bakugan, and video games with a show, etc) will also be illegal. People will not be able to play those games in public or for contest. Some of those tournaments give the winners money because their was a fee to get in. Without them, those companies that only got funds because of those tournaments, could sue them.

Yes, I did mention suing a whole hella lot but, that may be one of the only ways to stop this law from passing. The YouTube Channel, TheAnimeMan, made a whole rant video about this law. The video wasn't posted since May 30,2015. But, if those of you who know how long it takes to pass a law, then you know that we are close to the time to when that law may pass because it sometimes takes years to pass a law.

Misaki's POV

"Where's Fushimi?" I asked, looking back at Tom.

"Oh, he realized he had work. But I think he's lying. He may be mad or jealous at me because I stole you." Tom replied.

"Don't mind him, he'll get over it."I replied, slightly upset as I got into the limo with everyone else.

I was a little agitated that Fushimi was holding a grudge on Tom when I thought he would move on. Clearly, I was the only one he's loved in the pass 4 years, well, at least possibly not sexual because who's not to say he hasn't slept with anyone in that timeline.

Just the thought of that made me set my jaw and bawl by fist. Tom looked over at me, noticing my absence and gently placed his hand on my bawled first, smiling kindly at me.

I smiled back and gently unbawled my fist, taking a deep breath."Thank you." I said, kissing his cheek.

"You need to relax." He said, kissing me on my forehead.

I nodded, agreeing with him. I looked out the window and tried to get my mind off of Fushimi.

But I couldn't.

I wonder why.

Fushimi's POV

That damn bastard took my limo and my Misaki! What next? Is he going to steal my company?

I growled, kicking a rock hard.

"Ow!" A voice shouted behind a bush.

I looked back at it and a teenager popped out of the bushes holding an tablet.

"Hey! That hurt!" The kid shouted, glaring at me.

I just shrugged."Maybe you shouldn't have been reading behind the bush." I argued, noticing that on his hologram iPad, an holographic photo of Romeo and Juliet was floating above it.

"Well excuse me, I never expected someone to kick a rock at me!" He shouted, pressing the exit button and the book disappearing.

With an annoyed tsk, I started walking away.

"Oi! Don't run away from me, you coward!" He shouted.

I froze, a smirk slowly rising on my face. Turning in my heels, I put my hand in my pockets.

"I'm the coward?" I asked, laughing as people started staring at us.

The teen nodded."Yes, you are." He replied, his face hardening with confidence and anger, kinda like Misaki......

Mentally shaking my head, my fingers felt the object in my pocket."In a few moments, you'll be the coward." I replied.

In an instant, an throwing knife landed at the teens feet. He jumped back and I smirked, throwing more throwing knives.

By the time I ran out, he was on his butt, looking between his legs at the knife that had almost cut his dick off.

[lol, I had to, okay? It's in, like, almost every anime with knives.]

As I approached, he looked up at me in horror and I just grinned more, picking the knives up.

I squat down at his level and said,"Never call a multi-millionaire a coward, you never know what they've been through."

And with that, I picked the last knife up and turned and left him there.

"Teen's" POV

'Wholy fuck! He's better than the stories!' I thought, scrambling to my feet and chasing after him.

"Teach me!" I shouted at him.

"Huh?" He replied, turning and looking at me in confusion.

"Teach me how to fight and defend myself!" I shouted, bowing low.

Time Skip

The small coffee shop was perfect. The smell of coffee beans and creamer always warmed me up.

"So why do you want fighting lessons? Much less, from me?" Saruhiko asked.

"Ah, well, I heard stories from one of my teachers. I'm in my last year in college but I wanted to know how to defend myself, I've already been pit-pocketed, robbed, and beaten up and I'm sick of it." I replied, clutching my coffee cup not-so-softly.

"You're a college student?" Saruhiko asked, raising an eyebrow.

I nodded once in reply."I go to Hikodo University, the one for the rich."

"You're rich?" He asked, raising his eyebrow again.

"Why are you the only one asking questions?" I countered, raising my eyebrow back in a mocking way.

Saruhiko rolled his eyes."Okay, whatever. What's your name, I should know that a least."

"I'm Shinju Kichiro, but most people call me Shi Hiro." I replied with a smile.

"Age?"

"20."

"Okay, I think I'm done here." Saruhiko said, standing up.

"But-"

"I will teach you." He interrupted.

I looked up at him, my eyes full of joy.

"But, it'll cost you." He warned.

"Yes! Anything! Anything that isn't illegal, at least." I added.

"Good, we start now." He said, shaking my hand.
