Towel

It's been about 3 days since the party, and it was Monday.

"Finn, you have to go to class." Jack said, staring at Finn's lifeless body on his bed. He sighed, and sat down on his bed.

Finn was under the blankets, laying on his side staring into the blank wall in front of him. He hasn't spoken much since the party. He hasn't done anything since the party. He was supposed to work, and didn't even call off-just didn't show up. The guys covered for him, however.

The group honestly isn't sure what happened. There are two sides to the story, and they don't know what order it's in or how it actually went.

Finn kissed Iris, Millie kissed Allen.

How and why?

Finn was supposed to ask Millie to be his girlfriend on Saturday. However, life had different plans for him.

"Please, Finn. Your friends can't cover for you much longer." Jack said, Finn's body still unmoving.

Finn hasn't gotten out of bed since the party, except to shower. And when he showers, he is in there for over an hour. Then he is straight back in bed.

"Alright Finn, I'll see you later." Jack said, leaving the room. He walked over to Maddies door, grabbing her to walk her to her class. She opened it with a smile, and they walked out.

"So how's Finn?" Maddie said, nervous for an answer.

She doesn't know who's side to be on, but she knows Finn is hurting, and so is Millie. She doesn't know exactly what happened, Millie won't talk to her about it much.

"He hasn't moved or spoken since Friday night," Jack said, Maddie raising her eyebrows.

"Is he dead?" She asked, jokingly.

"Basically." Jack said, shaking his head.

Millie sat in class, staring at her notes. She stopped listening fifteen minutes ago; all she can think about is Finn kissing that girl at the party.

Why would he do that to me? And why was he upset at me for doing the same thing he did?

Finn and Millie were supposed to be working together the past couple of days, but he hasn't came in. He hasn't even called in, he just isn't showing up.

Why is he acting like this? He doesn't deserve to. If anything, I should be.

Class was dismissed earlier than usual, so Millie got up and started walking out.

She didn't get very far when Noah came walking up to her.

"You trying to leave me or something?" He joked, as Millie just stared at the pavement in front of her.

"Okay I get that you can be mad at Finn, but you're not allowed to be mad at the rest of us." He said, stopping her from walking, grabbing her shoulder to face her towards him. She sighed, looking down.

"I know, sorry." She said, Noah giving a light smile.

"How about you come and hang out for a bit? I'll cheer you up." Noah said, and Millie agreed.

They soon made it to his dorm, where Wyatt was sitting on his phone in his bed.

"Hey Millie." Wyatt said, Millie greeting him as well. She looked around to see Noah turning on the wii.

"We are playing the wii?" She asked, and he nodded.

"Come on, you know you'll dominate me in Mario kart." Noah said, making Millie laugh. They sat down and played wii for a while, forgetting about her worries.

Finn decided it's time to get over the bullshit and move on with his life. He didn't know why Millie would do that in the first place. She met his family for fucks sake. He thought it was going to last.

He's been sitting in his bed, playing a melody on his guitar that's been in his head for days. Him and the band were supposed to have a show soon, and he hasn't been practicing as he should be.

His phone started going off, and he looked over to see what was going on. He had three missed calls from work.

Finn sighed, putting down his guitar. He doesn't want to go in because he knows he will have an encounter with Millie. It's inevitable he's going to see her again; he just doesn't know if there are any words to be said.

"Fuck it," he mumbled, heading to the shower.

Millie got back to her dorm after hanging out with Noah, he had a class so she just went back. She laid down on her bed, staring at the ceiling. She then looked over to the clock, which read 5:15.

"Shit," she said, quickly standing up and looking around the room for Maddie. The two were supposed to go see a a new movie tonight with the girls, and they were leaving at 5:30. She looked around, and Maddie was nowhere to be found. She brushed it off, and quickly changed.

The weather is getting nicer, which works out in Millie's favor. She put on a white halter tank top, and some dark denim ripped jeans, the baggy style. She was a little short for them, the ends going over her feet so she threw on some shoes that gave her an extra inch and brushed through her hair. She looked at the time, 5:23.

"Where the hell is she?" Millie mumbled, pulling out her phone to text Maddie. She texted and called, but no response.

"She's probably at jacks and forgot," she said, groaning and heading over to jacks room to grab Maddie.

She approaches the door, but freezes before she knocks.

Please dear god, please let it not be Finn.

She took a breath and knocked, no answer. She waited a little, and knocked again, harder and longer.

She then heard someone fumbling around in the room, sounding like the door of the bathroom opened. The door suddenly opened, and she was greeted with the sight of Finn.

Her eyes widened at his appearance. It seemed like he just jumped out of the shower, his hair still wet but has curls in it, and a towel loosely hanging over his waist with his chest bare.

He wasn't expecting Millie either, both of them staring at the other. Millie couldn't help but stare at Finn, and how hot he looks right now. The things she would-

"Uh-what's up?" Finn asked quietly, making Millie come out of her trance. Finn noticed, and smirked in his head.

"Uh-I uh-I was looking for..for Maddie," Millie said, tripping on her words which Finn immediately took notice of. He raised his eyebrows, looking her up and down.

Don't play this game, Finn.

He looked to see she was dressed really nicely. Really pretty.

And hot.

"She's not here. Neither is Jack." Finn said, opening the door more and leaning his hand that isn't holding the door onto the doorframe, looking down to Millie standing in the hallway.

Millie could barely keep herself together, seeing Finn like this. And he knew.

I might play this game.

"Oh okay, well I'll go then, thanks anyway," Millie said quickly, going to turn away.

"Millie?" Finn asked, making Millie turn back towards him.

"Yeah?" She asked, trying to think about literally anything except the view of him in the doorway.

He eyed her, and lightly smiled. "You look nice," he said, which caught Millie by surprise. She looked back down to what she was wearing, and looked back to Finn.

"Thank you, you do too," she said, which she immediately regretted with her eyes wide and scared for Finn's reaction. He smirked at her, raising his eyebrows.

"I-uh, I didn't mean that-I mean with-with clothes on." She said, her face getting as red as the eye can see. She mentally facepalmed herself, and Finn just smiled at her for being all flustered.

All she wanted to do was run her fingers through his hair, and feel every inch of him.

It was obvious Finn was thinking about the same thing, with the look he was giving Millie.

"Do you wanna..come in?" He asked, opening the door more, exposing more of himself in the doorway.

Millie's heart was racing, adrenaline rushing through her. Her eyes met his, and she stared for a while.

He knows what he's doing, she thought.

Millie was about to speak, until her phone started going off. Finn's eyes went to her pocket, and Millie grabbed her phone to see Maddie was calling her. They have to leave now.

"I uh, I have to go." Millie said, declining the call. Finn nodded, and Millie did the same.

"See you around," Finn said, giving her a slight smile.

He closed the door, and she immediately let out a breath she didn't even know she was holding in.

This boy does some stupid shit to me.
