Queen of Fire shining bright,
Ruling darkness, ruling night,
Light the way and give the call,
Rule 'til death, over the squall,
Stealing our breath, betraying us all.
Clouds of silver melt away,
Morph and merge to smoke-burned grey,
Blot the sky and dim the hue,
Dark the moon, the sunlight too,
Cloudy ash mars pale sky-blue.
Melting puddles of metal bright,
Molten ember white as night,
Igniting branch and root and thorn,
Away from life itself is torn
