Strength of the Soul

What does it means to be holy?
What does it means to have strength?
Can you tell that you have holiness?
Can you say that your soul is not weak?
Would you believe that holiness is a strength?

Holy— one word with four letters.
Can you still consider yourself holy?
Even if you know you’re a sinner?
We are sinners indeed but we can be holy.
Being good to others makes as one.

There were times we feel that we are weak.
Our body doesn’t seem to have the energy.
Our mind and heart is in chaos.
It feels like our soul is broken and lost.
Though it’s like this, we still do good.

We feel weakness for us to gain strength.
Our strength comes within ourselves
or from other people whom we treated well.
Doing what is right and pleasing to the Lord
is what makes a person holy and stronger.

Our soul may be shattered and become weak
but because of the holiness we have,
our strength is restored with God’s blessing.
Holiness is the strength of the soul, they say.
It’s because God is in you all the time.

God sees your pain and everything in you.
Despite all the struggles you are facing,
you choose to be holy and do good things.
That’s why with God's power, He blessed you.
Your broken and weak soul is now stronger.
