Far away lands and far away places
Can only imagine their lives but can see their faces.

These friends of mine, whom over time
I have laughed with and cried with
Each one precious, in their own way
Who ever thought a fan site, could make things happen this way.

Sometimes I panic that my contact is not frequent enough
That time will pass between us and be forgotten
That hurts me so much and I know that you know
That my heart still burns as brightly for you
As before.

Like a trophy forever on show
Just for you.

My dear friends, who never follow trends
You are all so inspirational, I can almost taste your enthusiasm and energy
It amazes me and affects me.

I can only hope that as the time passes
and the years follow through
That I can continue to be proud to say I am friends with you.

This goes to so many people, they all know their names
I shan't make a list, as that would feel lame
And this isn't supposed to be
Actually I'm not really sure what this is.
